Roxy is the best cleaners! They offer great rates and service– No complaints after at least 15 years of using them

Loyal customer for years and years. This place does the job right and quick if needed. I trust them with Louis Vuitton shirts and that’s a huge leap for me lol. I think they beat most places by a few dollar PER ITEM and do a better job. I used to use Kens for a long time and realized I was overpaying by a lot. No knock on Kens they rock but Roxy is far more reasonably priced and they do a great job.

Love this place! Even after a move, I continue to come here because they are consistent and deliver by the date they commit to. My husband tried another place and I was so disappointed. They told him it would be ready in 2 days so he went to pick it up on the 3^rd day and they said he needed to come pack. Lesson learned, we will stick to Roxy’s!!!

I always enjoy going to this cleaners. They do an amazing job and always cheerful. I love the quality of the work and they are always wanting to go above and beyond. I will be going to this cleaners a lot more.

Been coming here for years even though it became a little out of my way after a move. The family that runs the business are always helpful and especially nice. They will even come out to you for your items if you are in a hurry or have a lot of things to be cleaned… yes they will take them straight from your car! Usually wouldn’t go ga-​ga over a cleaners, they either do the job or not, but here you get good service and accommodating staff that is appreciated!

This place sucks big time in terms of price and service. Don’t be fooled by the big sign they advertise by the street like I did. I went in there thinking that I could get a much better service and pricing. But it appears that the equipment they use are old, noisy and I did not want to take a chance.
You can get a much better deal from dry cleaners just round the corner. There is one in nearby Ralph’s and another one next to Ramada hotel.

I have been a customer here several times. Today, I accidentally called them when I meant to call another business. The female who answered the phone said «hello» which is unusual for a business and when I asked if they were the business I had meant to call she said I had the wrong number. I said I was sorry and instead of a response she hung the phone up in a very irritatedanner. I then called back and told her I was not happy with her response and she hung up on me immediately.
Needless to say I will never go back here.

no hassles here and good service and so far adequate cleaning. The alterations seamstress here is EXCELLENT.

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
If I could put negative, I would. This is unbelievable.
I brought my wedding dress and shoes to this place, so they clean it for me, and specifically told them that I need dress boxed, but shoes separately (they were so comfy, so I decided to wear them in a future).
When I came back to pick it up they told me that my total is $ 182, this is the total they said it would be in the beginning ($ 162 for the dress, and $ 20 for shoes). I almost paid when I realized that they packed the shoes in the box with the dress. I asked them to unpack the shoes. They told me that I have to come back in 2 – 3 days.
When I came back next time, the woman told me that my total is $ 162, and that they could not clean my shoes. So they tried to charge me for shoes cleaning that they didn’t do. They thought that I would not open the packed box and would not see them. Can you imagine? I am wondering if my dress is clean…
And they are overpriced.

THEY RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!!! Not to mention all the added the stress the week of my wedding. I dropped it off to be pressed, and asked if the seamstress could remark the bustle tags. When I got it back, the brand new dress bag I brought to store it in was filthy on the bottom and back, and there was an INK MARK on the front. I had to wait another day, I guess the «cleaners» go home at 2– on the next morning, they «tried» to get it out. When I pointed out it was still there, the man in charge said he didn’t see it (even though his other employees did, they claimed he was getting old and couldn’t see well anymore) — then he tried again, it didn’t work, then he zipped up the dress, and said I was taking it like that– he kicked me out! I asked for a refund because the ruined the bag and the dress was not marked when I brought it to them, he waved me away. I am so incredibly horrified. I brought it to another cleaners, Porter Ranch Cleaners, the kind people there got it out in seconds.
The other Unilocal review is interesting to me, because there were no other customers in close proximity who were able to witness the whole situation.

I’m a loyal customer who has been going to Roxy cleaners for years. I was there when the BRIDEZILLA (Rebecca) was complaining about a stain that is hardly noticeable. I watched as the two employees and the manager all try to help her out calmly as the Bridezilla was just not being reasonable. I even told the employee after she left that the other customer is just plain crazy. Apparently, it was her first time there. And as a witness, the manager DID NOT kick her out of there.
I have never had a complaint or a problem with the employees or the work at Roxy. They are just better off not having a crazy woman come to their store if it means losing one person who is not reasonable. .
I would have written this earlier, but had to go to my daughter’s school Halloween party.

Great service with NO problems. They’ve altered lots of clothes for me and it’s always first rate workmanship. My girl friend and my sister both love the dry cleaning service. The drive through drop off and pick up is way cool!
The map is a little off. They’re further east and on the north side of Devonshire next Kragen Auto Parts.

Laundered shirts are about $ 2 each and they will press them more or less depending on what you want. What is especially nice is their drive through service. They even hang the shirts in your car for you! Dry cleaning pieces? Buy 3 get one free! It’s great!
