I’ve been to this place couple times and is the best place in Michigan I always have a good time in there you feel like you’re in New York City in Europe.

Pretty cute place! Stopped in on a whim to use a gift card from my birthday and had a couple of craft beers and the cheese and bread plate. I had a Shorts Soft Parade, that tasted slightly watered down… I’ve had this beer many times, and it was definitely different tonight… The cheese plate was great… just enough for a quick snack. The atmosphere was warm and cozy… I really want to go back soon to get some wine and apps, especially during the holiday season, when the weather is a little crummy… this will cheer me up for sure! Service was decent…

My wife’s daytime escape and our go to mini date night spot. Great selection of wine by the glass and decent small plates(you don’t come here for the food). Reasonable prices for a wine bar.

While visiting my family that lives in the area, we stopped by while at Partridge Creek Mall. My sister and her husband know the owner Toni, so they wanted me to check out the place. What a great wine bar! Very eclectic, well thought out selection of wines. It definitely is not your run of the mill selection of standards that you would find at your local grocery or corner store. A large selection of wine is offered by the glass, and an even larger selection is offered by the bottle. They offer a really nice selection of cheeses and other small plates. Great atmosphere as well. Staff is awesome! I even bought a little under a case of wine to share with my family the next few days. I wish we had a place like this in Chicago.

I don’t give five stars but their chicken Caesar salad is epic and the people who come here have fun but are somehow not obnoxious it’s an amazing concept.

Nice place, overall. Proper and pleasant waitstaff, vast array of wine, decent beer selections(I am not a wine lover, although the cavicchioli strikes my palette on a positive cord). Romantic decór, but very close quarters, so anyone who is mildly socially anxious should we wary. Very cute place for a date. Their small plates(appetizers and hors d’œuvre) are nicely portioned and delish!

I really enjoyed my visit and I cannot wait to come back and relax with a glass of wine! We stopped in on a Saturday evening with friends after we had dinner. The thing that drew us to come here was they had something for everyone. Wine, craft beer, and cocktails. The space has a nice, cozy feel to it. It was a nice evening out, so all the front windows/doors were open which felt great on a nice spring night! Music was on, and it wasn’t blaring or thumping. Just enough to notice, but low enough to be able to talk to your friends and not yell. Staff was very nice and helpful making recommendations. I felt the prices were good. My glass was $ 6, my husband had a Bells Two-Hearted for $ 5. I am very happy with that. I had a glass of the Just Peachy. I really enjoyed it. It was slightly chilled, light bubbles, with a very mild peach taste. I would have it again in a heartbeat! Of course you could get crazy expensive drinks, but most of the menu was moderatly priced. This is a great spot to relax and have a drink.

I had to cool my heels for 20 minutes while my data was being transferred at the nearby Apple store so I decided to stop in to Cellar 59 for an afternoon glass of wine and small plate meal. The service was friendly and fast. I had a 6 oz glass of cabernet sauvignon which was light, crisp and delicious. The small plate I ordered was basically a ham & cheese sandwich served on 3 little pretzel rolls… again, delicious! I loved the ambiance, which was clean, intimate and artistic in a classy way. The music was perfect for the setting; Etta James, Michael Buble’, etc… I ordered a piece of turtle cheesecake to go… again, delicious! I like the selection of wine with well over a hundred choices. The glasses of wine vary from $ 5.00 to $ 60.00 — my 6 oz glass of White Haven cost $ 8.00 I also like that they have several Michigan draft beers. I can’t wait to return with some friends. This time the servers were my ‘friends’ as they were kind enough to spend time talking to me; I went in when it was dreary, rainy and an odd time of day so I pretty much had the place to myself.

I love the idea of this place and the location, but I won’t be running back every weekend. I am a little disappointed that they don’t offer flights of wine. My fiancé and I went on a Saturday night around 7pm. We did expect to wait from the other reviews we had read on Unilocal, but only had to wait about 10 min for a table to open up. In the summer I am hoping they will add a seating outside, especially when there are musicians performing. The red platter(olives, cheese, bread, meat) was very good, but the bread needed a little dipping oil or something extra.

Love this place. It is great way to spend time waiting for a show. We met our friends early and had fun before the show started. They do need more seating. And it would be nice to have someone helping at the door to help customers find a seat. I enjoyed the appetizers. It would have been nice to see more variety. It is a small place so I think they do the best they can I will certainly go there again many times.

I really like the small comfortable atmosphere. I love the Lucio wine. It is an awesome sweet wine. Perfect place to stop and take a break from shopping, or just to meet up with some friends.

Love this place! Its small and intimate. Perfect ambiance for a wine bar. I like that you can get small plates and cocktails too. Cellar 59 has something for everyone who enjoys their spirits on the classy side :) I’ve only been here twice but I’m sure it can get pretty busy as its right by MJR at Patridge Creek. I’ll definitely be back here as I live 5 minutes away. My friend and I split a bottle for about $ 30 of the«Educated Guess». Pretty good! Till next time. :)

I had no idea that this is exactly the type of establishment we needed in Partridge Creek, but it certainly is. It completely changes the vibe of going to Partridge Creek to see a movie or do some shopping. We often stop in here and try to change things up by trying different wines. As others have mentioned, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and will help you find what you are looking for. The décor is so warm and inviting, the seating comfortable and in some cases intimate. I love it in the summer, but even more so in the winter. The small plates — especially the cheese plate or the Ham Sliders are a nice addition.

This place is a perfect additional to Partridge Creek mall! If only it were bigger! It is usually so crowded, that I was just able to get in this Monday for a drink while waiting for a friend. The wine list is quite extensive and they have a program where you can add money to a card and sample from a rotating menu, wine either by the taste, half glass or full glass, which is a cheaper alternative to sampling many wines. They also offer craft beer and some other liquor like whiskey and bourbon and they have a small food menu as well. The atmosphere is exactly what you would like in a wine bar; it is a fabulous oasis from the hustle and bustle of the mall. The wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will help you select a glass even if you are a wine novice. I can’t wait to go back!

Very classy, welcoming spot in Partridge Creek for an intimate glass of wine. Knowledgeable wait staff, attentive and friendly but not over bearing. Crowd is mostly couples, not too loud and great mix of chill music. They open the front of the store with nice weather and have awesome seats and small spaces. Great selection of wines by the bottle and glass.

Was here recently for a friend’s birthday. I was unsure it even existed as I knew something else used to be in that spot by AMC30, but I digress. To the important stuff: great draft beer menu. I know it’s intended to be for wine, but most in our group are beer drinkers. They have some great choices, like Dragon’s Milk and Dragonmead Final Absolution. they are served in nice glasses as well. I didn’t eat anything but the beer more than sufficed. The place is a little small and is not for huge parties, but it’s not intended to be. Check it out.

I like this place. Me and my husband went before seeing a movie at MJR theater. I was really impressed at their selection of wine and beers. I purchased a Cellar 59 card that apparently never expires. I can take it in anytime and swipe it at the wine dispensers that offer a taste(starting as low as $ 1.50) or a glass. If the place were a little bigger I would give it 5 stars. We decided to go back after the movie ended because my husband ordered a beer and was not aware that it came in the size of a champagne bottle. The waitress was kind enough to re-cork it and hold til after the movie because we were pressed for time. When we got back we had to wait for a seat and there was barely room to walk. I’m glad we waited though because we ordered pesto and bread, had a glass of wine, and enjoyed the atmosphere. My advice is to go early so you can get a good seat though.

Love love loveee this place. Its a hidden gem inside Partridge Creek Mall. Once you go you want to keep going. They have a large variety of wine to choose from in all price ranges(high teens to above $ 50), and also have beer on tap. The décor is amazing! It is kind of an intimate place which I like but may be awkward for certain groups. It can get busy after 6 or 7 so go early. Did I mention that the staff is AMAZING! We have been 3 times and all 3 times we they were amazing and knowledgeable. Only thing I wish they would do is add a happy hour.(hint hint)

Cellar 59 has great décor. Couches, big chair’s, high top tables, a middle bar and side booths. rated, It’s relaxed and cozy atmosphere with a great wine selection and craft Michigan draft beer too! The thing I like most is that they have Wine dispensers so that I can try new and different wines. This is one of my new favorite places to unwind with friends. Prices are good, selection is awesome, staff is friendly, and they have wine tasting. There is not a Wine bar like this on the East Side. It is located next to the MJR Theater. You could stop in before or after a movie to unwind or spend a few hours there. This is a family owned and operated establishment and the ladies are very warm and welcoming. The only problem is, is that it is too small for those of a large crowd. Some nights it can be standing room only but maybe it’s just because the hype is still so high. The waitress recommended the Meiomi Pinot Nior — I got it and it is delish!

I like the idea of this place, but it didn’t win me over. First of all, the place is way to small. I went here with a few friends and maybe two in my small group were able to snag stool at the bar. This wasn’t even a weekend. I’d hate to see it during prime time. It took at least 15 minutes before someone took our order. The owner said hi to us and let us know someone would be with us shortly. She was very nice. I asked about the machines that disperse wine, I was advised that it’s not worth it right now. I have no idea what that meant. I thought it would be cool to sample different ones without committing to a whole bottle. but umm, ok. The gal that took my order could not stop smacking her gum. It was really a distraction since we were sitting right in front of her! Seriously, while taking our order, talking to others, whatever she was doing. CRACK.POP. Constantly. Sommelier she was not. I really wanted to try the ice wine, but unfortunately it is only sold by the bottle at $ 100! Yikes! Never mind! I opted to go with a sparkling peach. Safe and inexpensive! More my style. It was tasty. My friend doesn’t like wine, lucky for her they had beer available too. Cellar 59 is tastefully decorated, I love the black chandeliers! I’d be able to relax and enjoy it more if it were bigger. I think they picked the wrong suite for this venture! I’ll probably give them another chance, but not until the hype dies down.

This is a place for everyone. We have always been shy of wine bars but decided to leave our comfort zone and dive in. Yes it was over whelming at first but we were quickly put at ease. It is family owned and run and the ladies are very knowledgeable. We ordered a bottle of wine and a combo cheese and meat plate and settled in at the bar. We had great conversation with another couple at the bar, learned about wines, left having a wonderful experience and talking about our next visit.
