McDonald’s

Slow service is usual here. But today was the worst. I was in line behind four cars at the pickup window and they were asking everyone to park so they could bring food out.
First things first, I HATE this «pull up and we will bring it out to you» new thing that fast food places do. If I’m in line and I’m the next at the window I should get my food before people behind me who ordered after me.
Then as five of us were sitting in their cars why others behind us were picking their food up at the window we watched as they randomly brought food to each of us in no particular order.
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for several days during the week’s for lunch and for dinner on my way home but I’m seriously thinking about not coming here again
Whoever is managing the team today July 9, 2015 is surely not doing a good job

Went through the drive-​thru for a dose of Egg McMuffins and not only was the line (technically, TWO lines since there are two ordering boards) not moving much at all, but it was super slow. We pulled up at 10:15 and were immediately blocked in by cars behind us. At 10:32 when we finally got to the ordering board, we were pleased to find that they were still serving breakfast.
Seriously, it took us 25 minutes to get Egg McMuffins. We’d have left, but we were stuck!
Booo!

This McDonald’s is consistent, in that it will ruin your morning every time. They have a double drive thru that there was apparently zero training for. This morning I pulled up to the speaker and before anyone said anything to me the other Lane took 3 orders. Then they charged me for the wrong order. Then they mistook my request for ‘No Onions please’ has ‘Only onions please’, Even though by the time i got it I had repeated my order several times. Then wanted me to pull over and wait while they figure it out.. And trust me this is a typical breakfast run here.

Fastest and friendly-​est fast-​food service I have ever had!
I work down the road from here at TWC. I was in and out within 5mins during lunch rush
