Chick-fil-A

Time for a review update for this Chic-​Fil-​A.
I don’t come here as much as I used to, because they’ve stopped a lot of the deals such as the text messaging coupons (they still take expired paper coupons) and some of the events. I think they’ve changed management, so the Facebook page isn’t as active as it used to be with events, deals, and new menu items.
The last time we visited this Chic-​Fil-​A, my husband ordered a large ice dream cone and they gave him a small sized one (or at least, the same portion that a small is at other CFA locations). Service was also a bit slow, and there’s a seedy neighborhood nearby. I’ve been hit up for rides or money in the parking lot.
Don’t get me wrong, this Chic-​Fil-​A is still a solid choice for fast food in the area, with a family-​friendly environment and healthier options. However, the area has lots of other fast food and quick-​service restaurants to compete with.
Another tip:

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Even when the line is long, the efficiency of the employees gets everyone through with little wait time.

Nice people serving you and the usual expected GOOD food (for fast food). Healthy eating is available… go for grilled vs fried. Hold on fries and go for fruit. Lots of options actually.

I asked the girl for Polynesian sauce to go with the 2 orders of food I purchased. She gave me 2 packs. For 2 full entrees. If I went and just got one entrée I always get 2. Now I have to travel 12 hours away to give some one chick fil a that’s short 1 poly sauce. That being said food was fine and though service wasn’t great the is no need to avoid this place.

Very friendly staff and the drive thru has been super quick for me lately. I love grabbing breakfast here and starting my day off with a nice and toasty chicken bagel. Yum yum.

Food is quick but they sacrifice quality. Twice now I’ve ordered a chicken sandwich without pickles and received a stale soggy sandwich that used to have pickles on it.

Very nice, Chick-​fil-​a! You guys served us at 9:59 on a Saturday night, and you deserve praise for that! We apologized for showing up so late and offered to go elsewhere, but the nice girl behind the voice in the drive-​thru speaker said not to worry. (I’m pretty sure they turned kitchen appliances back on for us, and were super friendly about it too.) If this was any other place, I would have already driven off due to the 99% chance that there would be spit in my food. They even smiled and joked with us on our way out. So if you are craving that fast food chicken that everyone loves, bring your business here!

Food is always quick and orders correct. Everyone’s always nice. Though, I would say the one back home in Bowling Green, KY is friendlier.
