I am asking anyone who has dealt with this company and been burned, to join me in a class action suit against them. They should not be allowed to steal and ruin an individuals credit, I had stellar credit before coming in contact with this company. I have read many reviews, concerning this company. They seem to run a pattern of ripping people off and sending them to collections. This needs to stop now!.I wonder how many thousands of dollars they have collected, that was not owed to them?

UPDATE
Now they tried to attach a 3000 collection to my credit.
What a joke!!!
I paid all 12 months of my lease ONTIME, moved out ONTIME… paid to professionally clean my apartment and they have the audacity to try something like that.
I am filing a lawsuit against this company and their managers.
Oh. and I forgot to mention how many times I stepped in dog poop while walking in the grass at this place.
It looks like someone else has the same complaint.
The only way to stop extortion like this is social media.
Step up and tell the truth people!
BY the way… if you rent here… you had better wear shoes at all times.
2150 S DogPoop Avenue would be better name for this place. eeechhh

AVOID avoid avoid. My maintenance requests were ignored, the apartment fixtures are cheap and dysfunctional, the grounds are covered with dog poop, and they don’t have a printing/​office center as was advertised. Luxury living, what a joke.
