Had the ginger chicken, goji berry, mushroom hot pot and it was divine! Paired it with the seaweed soup and the dumplings of some type on top of green beans. All of it was yum. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes.

The staff here has always been so nice and welcoming! I love the food here, the dumplings and wontons are my favorite. I come here everytime I’m craving a thai iced tea! And I love that they have vegan cupcakes, they are so good! I don’t mind that they’re cash only, cause my credit union is right next door. I love supporting this place. The owners are so sweet. They almost always give you a complimentary little yummy dish before your food comes out. Plus, here and there they will give me other delicious freebies. No other place does that for me! I don’t come here often, but they have a great memory and they are so polite and generous, I’ve never had a bad experience here

Amazing food, don’t hate myself after eating here so it must be healthy. Not expensive at all. Hard to believe their desserts are vegan. Can’t recommend this place enough. Their herb chicken is my favorite dish, the drumsticks are my can’t miss appetizer. Also, PEKINGDUCK! Love it. Oh, they also have a vegan turkey dinner that is the best thanksgiving meal I’ve ever had. Can you say vegan pumpkin pie?

Drove 30 minutes from Garden Grove to try their dim sum but was not a good experience at all. Wonton soup was okay but that’s it. Peking duck was cold and sauce was too salty. Shumai was tasteless and dry. Crispy shrimp was okay but I’ve had much better. Beef and broccoli had good sauce and tasted like what you’d expect. DONOT get the house tea, unless you like freshly mowed lawn grass. Now the customer service was super weird. The lady/owner? Kept trying to clean our table before we were done eating. A bit rude to other customers and us. NOTWORTHIT.

Meh… drove out of my way to try this for lunch. Orange chicken was recommended and i wasn’t impressed. Basically tasted like a glazed donut hole with orange sauce, way too sweet and not enough green beans. Decent sized portions but I prefer more veggies than fake stuff. Lunch special with brown rice came out to 10 bucks cash only add two bucks for the local ATM. Don’t think I’ll be back, must be spoiled on other OC vegan spots.

Haven’t eaten any food that had a mom or dad for a few days now, and vegan for a couple days. It feels great on the body and mind. I wish I could get used to it. With restaurants like this, it makes it easy, and I could probably turn vegetarian if the food was always this good. I am not a fan of duck dishes to being with, but with the raving reviews I had to try, and must say that I enjoyed their peking duck more than the real thing. I also ordered the lo mein noodles with soy chicken and was a big fan. This is definitely one of my favorite vegetarian spots and I’ll be back.

I come here once in a while with a get together of friends that I only seen once in the blue moon. Love the atmosphere with its instrumental Asian music, dim light, and mystical feeling to it, although sometimes I swear theres like little fog inside the restaurant like they have the fog machine to help set the mood… or perhaps it’s just me. But either way I love coming here. Food is absolutely delicious, you definetely forget you’re not eating meat because of the texture! My fave is the one with shrimp, fish steak, eel and their vegan Thai Tea. Only downside is I wish they do card transactions.

Outstanding restaurant, Simple as that. Catering for vegan and vegetarian alike, but never shunning those that like to eat meat and dairy too, the couple that run the restaurant are kind, caring and run a great place. Personal favorites on the menu include Celery Delight and Crispy Chicken, but try the Pork Buns and the Orange Meat too! Can’t say enough good things about Vegi Wokery. Superb. Go now.

I’ve been coming here for years, it is one of my favorite vegan restaurants! The food is delicious and the owner Bonnie is so kind :) It’s an adorable quiet restaurant, perfect for dinner and tea. They have a great house tea that changes every other week, it always taste so fresh and amazing! My favorite dish is the basil ‘shrimp’ :)

… so I’m a fan BUT I have 3PETPEEVES about this spot: 1) CASHONLY… Whyyyyyyy?(I know«why»…Tax purpose! *wink, wink) 2)This is a Chinese restaurant, We can’t get a Complimentary(little) cup of tea!!! Really? What is the Cost on tea??? 3 cents? …ok, 4 cents? The gesture alone would be nice. Shame on the Owner! 3)Why do I only think of eating here During their 3 hour«break» in the middle of business hours? …needless to say, I return after the break because it Is, in fact, good food AND it does Not have the«soy aftertaste» of many other Vegan establishments… Good options for the non-Vegan/Veg person. I’m not a true Vegetarian and this place«Rocks»! Go…but don’t forget that they are closed in the middle of the day! LOLLOOO I WANTFREETEA, I WANTFREETEA, I WANTFREETEA… LOLLLL

This place was meh. The Kung pao chicken was decent… but I felt it needed more«chicken». The other dishes were really heavy on the sauces, which I think drowns out the natural taste of the vegetables. :/

I finally got to try this place out. I came alone for lunch and ordered orange chicken, which came with rice and miso soup. The soup was very simple. The orange chicken was average too. I probably wouldn’t come back here because I’ve had better tasting vegetarian food so my standards are quite high. The service was very quick and friendly, but I felt very rushed the whole time. I would’ve liked to sit and enjoy my green tea without being rushed to leave. Especially since I was the only one there…

Hungry, hungry hippo after my acupuncture session I decided to stop by this place since I’m already in the area. I didn’t have cash on me so following a previous review, I went west a few stores down to get some money from the green ATM. Parking on a Thursday night at around 7:20 is a bit hard if you want to get a space right outside of the restaurant. Good think I found a spot. Going in, I was greeted by a nice lady. There were 3 other people inside so I took the table nearest the door. I pretty much knew what I wanted to try so it didn’t take long for me to order. Bean curd cake(4 stars) — pretty good flavors overall; I like how its not too salty. The flavor is more on the sauce so you’ll have to spoon it over the bean curd before each bite. I also like the mushroom I taste every so often hidden in the cake. Thai iced tea(5 stars) — made of soy but tastes just like a regular iced tea. Not too sweet either so that’s a plus for me. Siu mai(3 stars) — not a really a fan of this one although it packs a lot of flavor. The dip is really good, too. The wrap, however was too thick and a bit too chewy for my taste. Pork buns(3 stars) — the bread part I think is made of wheat flour. Healthy. The«meat» inside looks like real meat. However, it lacks flavor for me. It’s good if you don’t want too much sugar or salt that normally is in the sauce they give you for a baozi but the thing is I wanted flavor. Deep fried banana(2 stars) — I didn’t go for the tiramisu for dessert. Maybe I should have. The banana was too mushy and covered with too much dough. Definitely not like the Filipino«turon» that I was hoping it would taste like. Maybe I’ll come back, maybe I won’t.

I’m not a vegetarian, far from it. But the food here is good, good enough to satisfy this carnivore. My wife told me to get food here. I reminded her that she only liked one item here the last time I got food here. She started her diet this week and she said to try them again. It’s been almost 3 years since I last came here. The food was good to me, so I didn’t mind coming back. Here’s the rundown: Kung Pao with Vegi-Chicken — This was the dish she liked the last time and it’s still very good. The vegi-chicken was very tasty. The Kung Pao sauce was okay, not spicy enough IMO. Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap — wow, so so good! I didn’t miss the meat at all. Delicious! They did not provide any hoisin sauce though.(good thing I had some, lol) Sautéed Green Beans — this version was good. Definitely a healthier one. Not salty, like the original version. Vegetarian Fried Rice — I had them add fried tofu into this dish. Delicious! My son(noodle boy) ate a bowl. He doesn’t like rice, but he loved this one. Papa liked it too, super tasty. I think it’s safe to say my wife enjoyed all the dishes this time around. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. Try it for yourself. You don’t need to be a vegetarian to enjoy vegetarian dishes, specially if they’re cooked this good.
