I’m not one to write reviews. however an experience I had at Dr Filippones office needs to be addressed, and others need to be warned. The short story is this: I don’t trust this man. That lack of trust is drawn from my own experience and that of a family friend. In both cases he tried to subject our children to treatments that were unnecessary. in my case he tried to fit my son with headgear. when I spoke to the woman that handles the finances, she buttered me up for at least a half an hour, then– without explanation or details — quoted me a $ 4,000 price tag. what was really disturbing however, was when I asked her for a receipt, she literally wrote down the figure on a sticky note and handed it to me. That raised my suspicions. So I demurred to commit. And went for a second opinion. The second orthodontist look at my son, and stated that he would not be ready for further treatment for at least 2 years! Dr Filippone treated My daughter and my son. I would never do business with him again. I am honest in my dealings with people. & I expect the same from others. I also think that an orthodontist can make a good living without cheating people. in short I found Dr Filippone and others in his office to be shady untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would never let him touch my children again. so be forewarned.

They seem nice at first but after a few months they start to manipulate what times they will give you for an appointment. They are not appointment time friendly!!! After being there almost a year I have never talked to the nor had he ever to make any attempt to talk to me until he called me back to complain how my son had broken a bracket and had to fix it. This guy has a very unfriendly attitude!!!
I do not recommend going to this guy.
