Kidz Dentistry

I don’t like to write negative reviews, but this is a must. There are 2 staff members there that are kind to us, the rest are mean as could be. We took our 3 children there and there was a problem with being overbooked apparently. It took us over an hour to get back there. Well with 4, 6, and 8 year old boys there, this got old after 10 minutes in the wait room, which by the way was DIRTY. There was food stuck in my seat, and soda bottles in the waiting area. After all of that, they said my middle son needed extensive work and that my eldest son would need extractions. They wanted to put my son in a straight jacket! I said no way. He fussed a little, but didn’t move during his treatment. We got a second opinion and they told me my 8 year old’s teeth didn’t need to be pulled! I was FURIOUS! I feel betrayed. You don’t expect that from medical personnel. Lastly, when we went there, they gave my kids CANDY AND TREATS for being good! What dentist encourages kids to eat sugary snacks IN THE OFFICE?! I didn’t let them have them and the nurse said she understood. I don’t know why the doctor gave me a funny look. YOU JUST SAID THAT’S WHAT GOT US HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE! Too bad there isn’t a 0 stars rating. We are completely appalled.

I am giving this dentist 1 start only because the nurse at the front desk was kind to us the day of my daughters appointment. However, the main doctor in the office, sucks big time. she doesn’t know how to deal with children!
Also, carefully review your bill or ask for a estimate of charges before your appointment!
