I don’t appreciate the fact that they don’t take seriously because I am a girl. I went in to have a new radio installed and called ahead of time. The person that picked up my call told me it will be installed in an hour no problem.
When I arrived the desk person informed me the wait till be 30 minutes before they can start working on my car, and the indtallation will take another 30 minutes. So it will be completed latest by 4PM.
After waiting an hour and 30 minutes, I walk to the counter to inquire how much longer I have to wait. A rude employee told me it’s going to take another 40 minutes and that he told me when I walked in it is going to be completed around 4PM.
I have been waiting since 2Pm and the time now is 3:30 pm.
Had I known it would have taken 2 and half hours to install the syste, I would have come back back different day
Although this place look nice, it’s employee is very unprofessional.
I don’t appreciate being lied to.
I would recommend people look else where for a stereo change or car. upgrades
