Customer Service Sucks. The delivery and installation guys LIE N ripped me off. told me I had to pay additional for something n over charged me. Most places don’t charge extra for hoses, and brackets but PC Richards does. a 400 dishwasher came to 700 with additional BS. Never going there again.

My 2000 dollar Samsung fridge died after barely 5 years so I had to buy another since refrigerators are only covered for one year. After a horrible experience with Samsung I went back here to buy a new one. I asked if he could give me the same price they gave me five years ago which was $ 200 cheaper than what it was on display now. I brought my original receipt for verification and a very nice salesman asked the manager and he said no he would not give me any discounts since I was a prior customer with a bad experience. Well I would not buy there no matter what now so I walked out the store and I went down to Lowes and bought it there… got a better deal overall no $ 49 delivery charge and they gave me a $ 79 three-​year warranty which was better than PC Richards anyway. Sorry PC Richards you lost my business.

This is the best store in the chain! The management team and sales people are top notch! You can’t beat the service. They match prices and are very knowledgable. Would never buy anywhere else.

Ordered a highly-​rated cooktop, as part of a kitchen renovation project; unit has still not come, communication has been awful, & latest excuse was «arrived at warehouse, but another salesman took the unit for another customer.» Now canceling the order and starting over with a reliable appliance dealer, and leaving this joke of a company in the rearview mirror for good…

I have been going to this particular PC Richard since they were across from the Smithaven Mall. When they built this new location I was excited.
Forget the big chain places. I have purchased my Weber BBQs, Kids laptops, printers, scanners, DVD players, Video games, Dish washers, Stoves, Washing machine, TVs, iPods. All with 6 months of interest free financing!
Its the same product as the larger, big brother corporation. Lemme ask you something, does the other stores throw you a free HDMI cable when you purchase anything?
No.
The salesmen are local guys from Long Island. The prices are the same, you can’t discount Apple or Bose and its interest free financing.

their prices are very good, in my experience their service has been very good!

oh please. of all the PC Richards i’ve been to, the salesmen act shady. and the most recent experience makes me think they wrote their slogan on opposite day.
the only reason to finally write a review is because we ordered a tv, we waited a month, and it still hasn’t come. they have offered a replacement tv, which basically means to me that they know the product is not coming. it must be one of those things in which they have a wonderful sale price, sell more than they actually have, and leave you in the dust if they run out and don’t even bother to tell you.
i just need to make sure they credit us the thousand dollars they charged us a month ago.
final note– might be a good place to go to check whats out there and buy whats in stock. but if you hate feeling duped and waste a month wishing you had your fancy new tv, beware if they say they have to have it shipped in.
