This was an awful experience. Can I give them negative 4 stars? Please? I would like to give you the name of the manager who handled the problem, but I never actually talked to one. They were always out of the office or busy, or on the phone. No manager to complain about. We went in to buy a chair. A recliner to be specific. We looked a few times, and selected one. It was not, of course, available in the store, so we ordered it. It took 3 ½ weeks, and came in wrong. We had specified the special foam, and a left handed pull bar, because I have a bad shoulder. We did not get, of course, the sale price because we had to order it, and the leather, which was no different than the show model, was, of course, $ 200 more. It did not come with the special foam or the left handed pull bar. It had either been ordered wrong or built wrong. I as a little unhappy, and we called and told them we did not want it. After a few days of telling them that I did not want the chair, and did not want them to reorder it, they came and picked it up. They refunded my money, but they elected to keep the shipping charge. The shipping charge for a chair that was not what I ordered. Go anywhere else. These people are awful to work with. Seriously, go buy a couch somewhere else.

They only get a star because the furniture is nice, HOWEVER they will lie to you just to make a sell. I bought over $ 3000 worth of furniture and was told id receive it in a month. Month comes and goes, I call and I’m told it will be another month. That month has come and gone. Called again, was told they would try to give me a discount since I keep getting delayed and would hear back the next day. They call the next day and say it will take ANOTHER month, and instead of being offered a discount I’m told I can cancel my order if I don’t like how this is going. The worst part is I told them I needed my furniture by the 4th of July because I was having people over. And didn’t buy furniture from other stores because it wouldn’t have been here in time. First and last time I will do business with lazy boy! Don’t waste your time, they will just tell you what you want to here to make a sell! Completely took the fun out of redesigning my living room. Such a let down. Most likely will cancel my order because they are probably lying about it being here by next month.

Horrible customer service, no communication after sale was done, had to threaten to cancel order before they responded manager actually refered me back to sales boy. Called gm service manager at Denver office who was great and called me back right away. Too bad he doesn’t get the commission. They’re not kidding when they say their LAZY. Also turns out this is an independent store not under the Laz boy corporate umbrella.

I’ve been going to La-Z-Boy off and on for the past year looking for a sofa and chair. I’m looking for a good sale. One of the sales reps took my name and number and said she would call whenever there was going to be a sale. She did call me and we had a nice long chat about the management of the store. She told me that management marks up furniture then marks it down for sales — so essentially, nothing is EVER on sale. I totally believe this since I haven’t seen any of the pieces I’m interested in marked down! I was in the store again about two weeks ago and looked at a sofa marked $ 900. The matching chair was $ 800. I asked how could a chair 1⁄3 the size of the sofa be only $ 100 less. The sales rep mumbled something then tried to baffle me with BS. I walked out disgusted and vowing not to set foot in the store again.

What comes to mind when you think of La-Z-Boy? Stodgy overstuffed and unattractive recliners, right? Well, let me tell you, this ain’t your grandfather’s recliner store! We needed a sectional sofa and a reclining chair, so we decided to check out La-Z-Boy’s selection of recliners just in case we came across something we could live with. I was amazed at the selection of styles and we even found the furniture we wanted there at a terrific price during a sale. When we entered the store, we were soon greeted by Greg. We told him we were just browsing but he came by to check on us several times as we moved around the store trying out sofas and chairs. He was always available and helpful but never pushy. We thought we’d just about decided on a sectional sofa and he priced it out for us and patiently answered all of our questions. We needed to do some more shopping and left the store, only to return a couple of hours later ready to make a purchase. We asked for Greg and while he was finishing up with another customer, we decided on a different sofa instead of the one we thought we wanted originally. So Greg gave us the pricing information for that sectional as well as a reclining chair and the deal was set. Except that we had to chose fabrics for the sofa, accent pillows, and chair. So Greg led us over to the design area where the walls are lined with literally hundreds of fabric samples. Oh no, I thought, this is going to take forever. But it didn’t. Greg asked a few questions to get a sense of our style and color preferences and before I knew it he had put together a hip and modern ensemble that we probably never would have come up with on our own. After completing some paperwork, we were sent on our way with a promise that our furniture would be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. That would have put us at around New Year’s for the delivery. When we still didn’t have the furniture three weeks into the new year, I called Greg. As luck would have it, the final piece of our sofa had arrived that day. Everything was backlogged due to the recent floods in our state but Greg worked very hard to make sure we had our furniture a couple of days later. We’ve been enjoying our new furniture a few weeks now and we just love it. We’re so happy with the quality of the pieces and the fabric choices. Modern and stylish furniture, great prices, and incredible service — all reasons I highly recommend this La-Z-Boy location.

Very Impressed! My wife and I recently moved to Aurora from Scottsdale, AZ. After selling and donating most of our furniture when we moved. It took awhile to find living room pieces that would fit perfectly w/o over filling up our space. It took a matter of minutes to find what we wanted! So let me tell you about Joni our sales lady. Just a wonderful person all around! Not pushy, helpful suggestions, multiple updates on our purchase as it was made to order. On top of it all, when it was finished a month early!!! La-Z-Boy was over accommodating to store our purchase until we were able to move into our new place! Now… Who does that? Oh wait! Delivery team was awesome too! Friendly, informative, and treated our home like it was theirs! Way to go La-Z-Boy. Well be back when it’s time for an upgrade!

My wife decided it was time to replace the La-Z-Boy furniture in the family room after 20+ years. Since it had held up so well, we decided to look at La-Z-Boy to replace it. We were helped by Joni and a very nice and knowledgeable lady from their design department. We told them what we were looking for, and they showed us what they have in the price ranges were interested in. After choosing a sofa sleeper and 2 recliners, they showed my wife the covering options in the colors she had in mind. They also have an interactive app on their website where you can place the exact style of furniture you’re getting and see how it fits into the space you have. After deciding to make the purchase we were informed it would be 6 – 8 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. i said fine, paid the deposit and waited. After 4 weeks, we received a call from Joni, telling us our furniture was here and ready to be delivered later in the week. I set up a delivery for the next saturday morning. She said they would call and confirm a 2hr delivery window. Which they did. They arrived within the delivery window and had our new furniture placed where we wanted with in 15mins. And it looks fantastic! Overall, this experience with this La-Z-Boy Furniture gallery was A-1! From Joni and her designer to the 2 guys who delivered the furniture, it was a very good consumer experience.
