This was the best JJ I’ve ever been to. The female manager was on top of everything and the staff was fast, I mean really freaky fast. The delivery people were in and out so much! We saw two people order and walk to a booth but their sandwiches were done before they could sit down. We ate in and then I asked for an additional sandwich for my flight. The manager talked me through what would keep and which she recommended. It was great. When we left the entire staff was cleaning! Windows, floors, doors and bathrooms. It was a fantastic experience. Everyone was so friendly and thanked us.

In my opinion, the best sub sandwiches, plenty of meat with just the right amount of lettuce, tomatoes and onions, and bread always fresh, not like some sub shops where most of the sandwich is lettuce and you never know if the bread is fresh. The service has always been great, fast, and polite, they have never messed up my order and their sandwiches are alway put together nicely, not slopped together. This is the only sub shop I will go to and the prices are very reasonable.

The employees are the most friendly and funny that I have ever seen. They are ridiculously fast, but don’t rush you to order. The sandwiches and cookies are super fresh and delicious. Only downside is no sprouts. :( JJ’s, why are you so awesome?

Really fast delivery! Ordered and within ten minutes I’m enjoying a delicious sandwich! Takes me back to my old college days when I would order at midnight to the school library. Tastes even better now!!!

Always crazy fast service and they always get our orders right! We love this for when we don’t know what to eat and don’t feel like cooking!

Just came in to grab breads and a sub. The crew working was much MUCH better. Nice, quick, and made the order right. That’s what I like to be treated like as your customer. Hopefully the person I had to interact with last time was talked to about her horrible attitude.

I actually worked here for a few months in 2013, so keep that in mind as you read my review. The food here is pretty good, the bread is always fresh and the subs are yummy. however the menu limits what you can order and there is no way to order any other sizes. It’s a little too expensive for what it is. The service is extremely fast and deliveries are fast as well. The restaurant was always clean, and after working here I know they do a good job of cleaning everything every night. However, they no longer sell sprouts because of problems with food poisoning. Then earlier this month my sisters and I all got food poisoning from their lettuce. I know there was an issue with food poisoning from the lettuce in late 2013 in some denver stores as well. I never did food prep in the mornings but I have to wonder if someone was not doing the job correctly. Jimmy Johns has become somewhat well known for issues with food poisoning and I know personally I will never be able to eat it again after getting sick from the food. All that being said, the employees all are friendly and overall it’s an okay place. I suggest staying away from the lettuce and onions, just in case.

Love this place! I’ve never been into the store. I’ve only gotten delivery from here(granted almost weekly). My boyfriend and I order about once a week from here as it’s better/faster/cheaper than pizza! Sometimes we order pretty complex things(hold this… add that… extra this… less that). They have ALWAYS gotten our order correct. We do use the online ordering system which goes smoothly. The drivers area always quick and we never wait more than 10 minutes for sandwiches(yes, this isn’t the 2 seconds they say in the commercials but I have reality on how life/traffic actually are). Would recommend to anybody!

They had the NICEST guys working there! They were very welcoming, unlike the one in Littleton by my house. They had my sandwich done within 7.5 seconds! Great job guys!

Their delivery isn’t quite as fast as the commercials make it look, but it was pretty darn fast. We ordered a couple sandwiches online and it took a few minutes to get the confirmation email, and then I think they were there within 15 minutes. Definitely speedy. I had the Club Lulu, which was the perfect combination of cheese, bread and turkey, with a few other add-ons. I also had the giant pickle, which made me realize that i need to order just a half pickle. It was huge! Price seemed a little high for just a couple sandwiches, but still cheaper than ordering Chinese or Pizza, so it’s definitely worth a repeat!

Always enjoyed a Jimmy Johns sandwich but fell out of touch with the Lone Tree location. In my new neighborhood, I decided to give it another shot — hey they serve sprouts — haha — I will never go back to the Lone Tree area for that one… Anyway, the kids that work/run this place are very cool… I wrote this review because its not often that I think kids that run a shop are cool. Nice work — Keep it up!

Mmmm, bread :) You smell it when you come in and it gets you mouth watering! Jimmy Johns is great. It is relatively cheap, great tasting sandwiches(on fresh baked bread) and they are known for speed. Meaning you will likely get your sandwich within seconds of paying. It is awesome for lunches when you have limited time!

This was my 1st time at any Jimmy John’s location — the guy at the counter asked me what kind of meat I like(heh) and then he recommended the #12. I said okay, and I had my neatly wrapped sandwich in my hand in about 42 seconds, no lie. Super yummy sandwich, superb ingredients, very fresh, fragrant bread. I ate the hell out of that sandwich. Also, I liked the classic rock they were blaring on the radio, and all the funky little quotes on the walls. My favorite: «Experience is what you get when you didn’t get what you wanted.» That’s poetic, right there. Yep, I’ll be back.
