I’ve been going here for the past few months with my sister. We love it. Decently priced and I like their new gel selection. They have a matching nail polish (not gel) so if you want to get your toes done and do gel manicure they will match! I spent $ 50.00 all together.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. My nails broke off twice right after getting them done, 1 nail the first day, another the second, and a third on the fourth day. When I went back after finally getting a day off (embarrassing as it was missing 3 nails for a little under a week) not to mention this is the second inconvenient experience within the month, i still had to pay. And they were laughing at me… and they did an awful job…

My nails I got done on 12÷22… one just broke when I typed on a keyboard! WTF? I’ve never had such shitty nails done! I would rather super glue this tip back on then go back to this place. I am so pissed, I cant even find the words to explain how horrible I think this place is.

I’ve been deceitfully overcharged here twice. I’ve been coming for years, and always get a gel manicure. I’m always charged $ 25, as posted in big, bold print behind the counter, «GEL MANICURE $ 25.» The last two times when I’ve gone to pay, the guy who did my nails (both times), also rang me up & charged me $ 31. The first time, I made the mistake of letting it slide, the second time I said something and he just kept repeating, «thirty one dollars.» I really don’t like or appreciate being ripped off. Not to mention, he doesn’t do the best work and he’s always messing with his phone while giving manicures. He is the only manicurist who has done this, the ladies that work here are great. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back. He’s claimed me as his «regular» & I don’t want an awkward situation. If you do go, just be sure to get one of the very nice ladies to take care of you. They do great work and won’t rip you off.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Don’t waste your time keep on driving!!! Crappy polish good. service but crappy products!!!
Had gel nails had to get polish redone 3 times and still every time they chipped within 3days.

I come here as often as I can. All the staff is super sweet and friendly. Love to get the deluxe pedicure.…the hot wax always feels amazing!

Been getting pedis here since April when I relocated from Florida. I am a New Yorker so style and quality are extreme for me! Tammy is the best of all! A must go and the VIP package is awesome

I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago with a friend, on a Sunday. We arrived about 3:45pm, and there were a few customers already being helped. We waited about 5 minutes before being told to sit in the massage chair for our pedicure. We waited probably 15 – 20 minutes, but we didn’t mind since we were able to enjoy the massage! We were thanked a few times for waiting, so it’s not like we were left there and not acknowledged. I got a deluxe pedicure (they were running a special, so I figured why not!). Aside from needing to tell the gentleman not so rough with the massage a couple times, it was pretty good. I’d never experienced the wax and hot towels, so that was nice. The pedicure lasted about 20 – 30 minutes, which was nice, because the man took his time, and I didn’t feel like he was rushing.
After the pedicure, I had shellac nails (gel nail polish) done. They had many color choices, which was a nice bonus (the last place I went to had two circles to choose from, this place had like 6!). I had to have my previous manicure removed, and that went pretty smooth. Vicki did my nails, and she was great. Friendly, and took her time! I had told her what I didn’t like about the last place I had gone to, and I didn’t have to worry about those things with her. Almost two weeks later, and aside from the natural growing out, my nails still look great!
I also had my eyebrows waxed for the first time. Quick! Wasn’t as bad as I was expecting.
Overall, I will return to this salon. It was clean, and the workers were friendly and welcoming. When leaving, they thanked us for coming, and told us to come back anytime. and I felt like they meant it. We didn’t get out of there until 5:50pm… and they were supposed to close at 5! Never felt rushed. Great!

I have been to VIP Nails a couple of times. They are close to my home and reasonably priced. Unlike some of the other reviews, I have never had to wait, had exceptional customer service, and a clean environment. My husband thinks I should so my own pedis to save money, but a girl needs some pampering on occasion. Granted I don’t get color, but I am in and out for a quality pedi in 30 – 45 minutes. The chairs are great, cuticles are great, and legs and feet are exfoliated and massaged. I can’t complain and will continue going there when I can find the time,

I really like this place. The ladies are nice and usually do a really good job. There have been times when I’ve had to wait a little bit, but that’s to be expected in a place that takes mainly walk-​ins and stays as busy as they do. I have started taking my own polish for pedicures only because I’m picky and they haven’t always had the exact color I was looking for, but I’m ok with that. I looked long and hard for a place I liked, and this one is it. Everyone does good pedicures, but in my opinion, Cindy does the best nails.

Called ahead to make sure we wouldn’t have to wait and they said come in now. Got there and had to wait before a chair was open, then had to wait in the chair! 20min later, someone got to me but my MIL still had to wait another 30 min. due to a regular customer walking in! Since she had to wait, the lady then rushed through my MIL’s pedi and it turned out horrible. The search for a good nail place continues…

Not thrilled!!! Went to get a pedicure and the place was not clean the girl went to put lotion on my leg and there was someone else’s long strand of hair in the lotion and she put it on my leg only to realize the hair is on me and tried to cover it up by getting it off without me seeing it but I did see it!!! Then I got an infection on the side of my toe the next day after going and had it for a week. I never saw them clean anything except for the girl that was rinsing off the utensils that were just used on me in the sink!!! Disgusting and I will never go back there!!! If your wanting a clean better priced and better experience pedicure go to Mirada Nail and Spa!!!
