I love this place! I’ve been to several other vapor stores, but have never gotten the type of service that I ALWAYS get at Vaperz. The staff are very knowledgeable and are eager to help you quit smoking. These people never disappoint.

Good juice, great flavors, a bit over priced for what you get. Thing I don’t like is, every time you go in and have questions, if you get a different person from the last time, you always get different answers. Everyone needs to get on the same page with their information. Other than that, everyone is helpful and nice.

Have been here many times, found them by chance when they first opened. Staff is really knowledgeable and the owners are awesome! If you want to find something on a whole different scale, trust me this is where you want to be

I really don’t like the way this place (owner) treated me. I’m just starting out with vaping, never did once in my lifetime and had a lot of questions, and to be fair he (the big guy, owner I assume) did answer them very patiently. He suggested me to go with innokin Itaste MVP 3 for $ 100 bucks! I’ve been pretty clear with him that I’ve done some research on this starter kit and it is I think available a lot cheaper at amazon etc fir like 79 bucks to which his response was «we are brick and mortar mom and pop shop blah blah you buy here you will get it right now, no waiting online and u will be supporting me and my kids stomach (??), ok whatever, I was just speechless and touched. Not in a very good way to be honest. As much as I wanted to just leave the store because he wasn’t exactly very friendly. His sales pitch kind of melted my heart and I was like Inside, OK I’m knowingly over paying $ 20 but it’s OK! Just be positive. Sale was done, I also purchased tiny juice bottle (8 $!!!), so all included around 118 $ something with tax etc. here is the worstttt part now… He opened the box, showed me everything, I even went with his favorite juice flavor cause I was so undecided and overwhelmed by the choices. So as he started to fill the juice and I don’t know he was trying to make a point that accidently it can leak or what, he turned the tank upside down without putting he coil, oops… There was juice spill and dripping on the counter as I’m watching him being clumsy. Anyway he finished setting it all up, adding more offcourse from my juice bottle that I paid 8 $ for, which is now less than half. I ask him, you would refill this again right, he goes, it wasn’t that much! I’m like yes it was! Very politely. He goes. Well accidents do happen and shrugged his shoulders. I was so upset but kept quiet, I mean what a waste and what a way to treat a brand new customer eh ?? In he end I tested the kit kinda half heartedly, he thanked me for the business like ok u r done here buddy. I ask him can’t u give me some same or another bottle because of this waste, he flat out refused, no we don’t give samples. Ok fine I said. Then I thought I give him another chance to make it upto me, I go this lot doesn’t have USB plugs, just cable, do u have plugs, he goes yea they r 5 bucks, I’m like can you throw me one in this deal. He’s like no, we only sell them besides every house has bunch laying around. Well not my house, I only have one for my iphone, it would really be helpful if I have one separate for this. He was something like, yea and shrugged his shoulders. I then ask, any coupons, deal for future? He laughed off saying «nope» There were two other customers watching the entire thing and I guess sorta smiling. It was really emberressing Mr owner if u r reading this. Although I seriously doubt if I will come visit u again ever but please learn from this and don’t treat another customer like this ever again ok. I wish u all the success. I bought a 10 ml of vape last night and not only was the flavor horrible it was way over priced. I was very disappointed in the selection and the customer service was very low. The guy helping me had an ego bigger then Texas. I will not be back. I will say the girl working that night was very nice

I’ve been coming here for over a year since I made the switch to vaper. They are always so pleasant to deal with and I usually get a good laugh talking with the employees, they are a seriously great crew. Very affordable and the staff will blow your mind with the knowledge they provide.
If you’re thinking about making the switch, I HIGHLY recommend you visit this place. They will help you find the perfect ecig, flavor fluid, nic level, accessories, and more. They don’t mind spending the time with you to let you try flavors and ask questions. I think that is what I love most. Also, there is no pressure to buy the more expensive mods, they are completely honest with their opinions and will even talk you into a less expensive mod if they think it is more worth wild. Very genuine.
Good job Vaperz, you guys are doing it right.

These guys are awesome. I dropped my subtank Mini into lake Austin today :(and needed a replacement asap. I called around and these guys were really helpful. They didn’t have a direct replacement but built me an even better rig and even replaced the stock RBA coils for free with kanthal wire.
I don’t know much about these things but they spent about an hour with me explaining everything I need to know. I now have a much better rig and clean hits because they set up the RBA coils perfectly unlike my previous poor attempt which resulted in a lot of coughing and hacking.
This is definitely now my go-​to vape shop in North Austin! They are the bomb!!!

This place came highly recommended to me, finally was able to stop by. If I had known they actually stay open until 8, I would have gone so much sooner!!! Place was so inviting and clean! The staff was super friendly and well educated on the different pros and cons of each item. Definitely will be back!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They’ve got pharmaceutical grade juice and their own chemist. This vapor store is as good as it gets. I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a little harmless nicotine.

The first time I went in was the first time I was ready to quit smoking and start vaping.
The lady was very thorough and nice.
When the level of nicotine wasn’t working, I went in for some questions answered.
There were two ladies chatting, so I thought I recognized one of them from my first visit.
She looked at me from head to toe, and very shortly said it wasn’t her as if I were accusing her of something.
I then again said kindly «Sorry, I thought it was you.»
She gave me a disgusted face saying she had been on vacation, turned her back and they kept on chatting as if I weren’t there.
Very rude and that ruined my experience.
Will not be going back.

They totally helped me out and gave me tips that I didn’t even know about. They were knowledgeable and helpful and I will be back soon!

This place is perfect!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and super clean.
When we walked in, clearly overwhelmed, they spent 30 minutes with us and the owner introduced herself, they explained in depth what every part was and helped us make our own decisions with no pressure. They explained how the lab works and warned us against letting anyone manually mix formulas since it is not digitally precise and you don’t know what you’re getting.
After we chose our first ever pens and such, they came out from behind the counter, offered us waters, and sat at a table with us and taught us how to use the devices, maintain them, and keep us from overspending from wearing them out.
Everyone here was extremely gracious, patient, kind, and the customer service here is unparalleled. We spent a lot of money and will not consider spending it elsewhere, no matter where in the city we end up living!!!
If I could, I would give them six stars!

Man, totally disappointed in these guys. I’ve been a customer here since they opened and never had issues. They’ve always been super friendly and helpful. Moved to a different area and it’s been a few months since I’ve dropped in, did so today and it was all new staff that were less than friendly. But the most surprising thing was the attitude the owner guy had. Had a totally condescending attitude. Luckily there’s lots if competition and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
