Their chicken is the best! Fresh ingredients all made in house! We usually order everything to go and it still great when we get home. One of my favorite things is the crispy chicken salad. It’s a very simple and classic salad: iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and shredded cheese. This traditionally comes with ranch but I like to switch it up and get the creamy garlic. Hubby usually get the chicken nuggets or the crispy sandwich. He’s not a chicken nuggets fan but he really likes these. The BBQ Chipotle sauce is his favorite dipping sauce. Their fries are also nice and crispy. They hand cut the friends and do a triple rinse to remove all the starch. This makes them so crispy! I always order the apple slices with toffee dip. I know that I won’t be able to eat them so I save them for the next day. That toffee dip is like crack. It’s sweet with a little bit of crunch and goes perfectly with apples. So GOOD! I wish there was a PDQ closer to us. Everything that we have gotten has been really good. We are never disappointed when we go to PDQ.

Went looking at Christmas lights off of Crystal Falls Parkway in Leander with wife and daughter and decided to grab a bite to eat before heading back to Lampasas. Wife wanted to get Caine’s, but I wanted to try PDQ. Wife and I got eight piece nugget meals and my daughtet got a three piece chicken tenders meal. Total was $ 25.62 with tax. Wife and daughter didn’t hardly touch the fries. Wife enjoyed her nuggets with garlic sauce. My nuggets were OK, except for two which were very dense and gristly. I didn’t eat either of them. The fries remind me of In & Out Burger fries, which I don’t like. We felt PDQ was overpriced for what we paid. Next time we’ll go to Caine’s or Chick-fil-A. If you are from North Carolina and miss Cheerwine, they do have Cheerwine for $ 2.26 with tax for a 12 ounce bottle.

They had a Unilocal event here and it was great! The manager and staff seemed to be so nice and friendly. The food was just ok but the building they were located in was really nice and clean. I would have given them a higher rating if they didn’t make multiple mistakes on my order and then take forever to fix it when I took my food up to the counter. The other reason I took a star off was for the bun. The bun was cold and the texture just wasn’t to my taste. I did however want to leave it at at least 3 stars for their homemade sauces! They were really great! I personally liked the garlic dipping sauce. If I were in this area and had to get a quick bite then I would consider dropping in. I would not drive up to the area to dine here, though. They have a lot of parking and they are also located near a Costco so if you are in the area and need to get some shopping done perhaps?. then you could give this place a try!

For a fast food place, this is great! Love the batter on the fried chicken strips. Their French fries are great. Love the sauces(sweet heat, chipotle bbq, honey mustard, and bleu cheese are my faves). I am loving the crispy chicken salad and the cranapple cookie! Their shakes are good too. I had a crispy chicken sandwich here, I prefer Chick fil A for that… but I love the tenders meal with fries or the salad mentioned above. Very friendly staff here, too.

I don’t know why they don’t have a line around the building. Some of the best«fast food» chicken you’re going to get. It’s never frozen and prepared to order. All of the dips are made fresh daily and are awesome. Not an extensive menu, just chicken strips, salads, and sandwiches; but all are awesome.

Love this place. Great customer service, food is always served fresh… managers are very involved in the back and on the floor. Steve, one of the assistant managers corrected an order for me, and even gave me a coupon for the«small error» for a free sandwhich. Love great customer service… and great food!

First tried the PDQ on Lakeline, which is a little inconvenient for me to get to. I have to take 183 which is usually congested to get there. When I found out a second location opened in Cedar Park, I hightailed it over to see if the location worked better for me. It did. The setup is the same as Lakeline. Walk up to the counter to order. Tell them if it is dine in or take out. Order your food and pay. Then wait a short time(5 minutes or less). They call your name. You grab your food and leave. I have had their sandwiches and tenders and fries or slaw. Always gravitate back to the Crispy Chicken salad with honey mustard. It is a good salad. The chicken is absolutely crispy. The honey mustard dressing is da-bomb. Plenty of fresh veggies to make you think it’s healthy. It last me for two meals.

Had my first lunch here. Very bright and open inside. Exceptionally clean. I got the sense that they are a very healthy fast food place. Saw lots of folks eating chicken salads. My chicken strips were delicious and the BBQ and Sweet Heat sauces were great dipping choices for me. Happy I tried them. I will bring my wife here next time

This place sponsored a local charity fundraiser for a family in true need. So they have earned my respect. Decided to try it. Delicious tenders! Nice crunch! Good dipping sauces & good prices. Will definitely go again. Thanks!!!

Gave pdq a try recently after shopping at costcos. PDQ is really overpriced for chicken tenders. I thought the honey mustard sauce was good but the blueberry slaw that i was so excited about was wayy too cold, it was borderline frozen. The slaw lacked alot of seasoning that a good slaw has. I did really like the restaurant design and feel though.

Food was out fast. I love the coke machines(same ones you’ll find at schlotsky’s, fuddruckers, southwest theatres lakecreek… Fed our family of 4 for $ 27. Fries are not great, but the chicken and sauces are delightful. Creamy garlic gets my vote! Also, you can play cornhole outside.

From the street I thought this place was a healthier options type of place. Although they do have salads, it’s for sure a chicken finger, fries, and creamy ranch kind of place. I figured I would just break down and have their classic, which is the chicken finger basket. I LOVE chicken fingers and this one takes top 3. It was really tasty and not over breaded. I say, give it a try, it’s not the best place I’ve ever been but solid.

I like the food here. It’s fast, high-quality for the price. Sandwiches are packed nicely so your fillings stay in tact. Fries aren’t great, but I usually come here to pick up food for the kids. They don’t complain so I don’t. The place is large, clean and not ever too crowded.

This has been one of my favorite places to eat in Cedar Park since it has opened. The Sweet Heat Sauce is my favorite dipping sauce in the area and their employees are extremely kind to all their customers. I also recommend their Oreo Shake! 5 Stars all the way around.

I wasn’t planning to eat PDQ for dinner, but sometimes life is funny and things happen. I woke up this morning completely oblivious that today was Easter, until I drove to HEB to grocery shop and found it closed. When dinner time came and my husband was glued to his office, I drove to Cedar Park to find anyplace I could that would still be open. It was going to be either frozen yogurt or here so I picked the one I knew wouldn’t melt on the car ride back. Not wanting something full on fat, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without honey mustard. For sides you get a choice of either fries or blueberry coleslaw and not feeling adventurous I went with the fries. They were actually really good and perfectly seasoned. I like that they leave the skins on the potatoes. The chicken sandwich was pretty good too but the bun got soggy quick and I discarded most of it. They take your name at the front window when you pay and then greet you by it at the second window where you are handed your food. When I said ‘Elyse’ he got a look on his face I know all too well. He typed something into the computer quick and told me to have a nice night. When I read my final receipt which said ‘Lis’ I about peed my pants. I’m always tickled at the new and clever ways people try to spell my name. Overall I appreciate the concept of preparing fresh food fast and think the chef jackets the employees wear are cute, but I still prefer Chick Fil A for a grilled chicken sandwich. Especially if I’m going to be paying the same price for it. My sandwich meal which came with a side and drink was $ 8.65 after tax. Not bad, but not something I would make a point of going out of my way for.

I must say I was a little skeptical when first going here with my GF. I felt guilty for trading against Chik-Fil-A. Let me tell you, the guilt is all gone. You get way more food for the price than Chick-Fil-A and the tenders are cooked to perfection. Has nice décor and set up, can be pretty loud at times, due to the cafeteria style set up. Hopefully the bring more locations closer to Austin and I wont have to settle for Chick FIl A

Really wanted to like this place but the food was as good as I had hoped. The staff is very friendly and the décor better than a normal fast food place. They have one of those cool drink machines where can pick via touch screen what flavor you’d like of your favorite beverage. I had the tenders one grilled the other breaded with the blueberry coleslaw. Both tenders where average nothing to special, maybe a bit on the small side but where good white meat and not some processed crap. The slaw was boring, upon hearing the option for blueberry slaw I was excited but in the end let down. It lacked any real flavor and the only flavor really sticking out was pepper which is lazy seasoning. They do have some pretty good sauces for the strips which are free and no .25 cent per crap like some of the other places. I will go back and try again simply for the fact that the staff was great friendly and prompt and I really want to like this pace.

The chicken tenders were tender but didn’t have much flavor, the cole slaw had fresh cabbage and not too sweet sauce, there was a bunch of blueberries in it, but they were tasteless. The french fries were mediocre at best. I think the PDQ stands for pretty darn fast, didn’t make all the way over to the coke machine before they called my name saying my order was ready. This place won’t be very high on my return list, too many other great chicken places and that’s just in Cedar Park. The service was very good, and all the tables have real salt and pepper shakers on them, you’ll need them for the food.

Wow, wow, wow! This PDQ place is awesome! If you haven’t been over here, I suggest you give ‘em a try soon. I know I can’t wait to go back! PDQ is new to the Austin area. Their first store was over on Lakeline and got me hooked right off the bat! Still wondering what it is, well it is a chicken tender joint!!! I am a lover of all things fried, especially chicken and french fries. Yum! My first visit(first of many!) was fantastic! I walked in the door and was greeted by the Chef. He told me about the company and all about the menu. He was so nice and friendly. It was a great way to start off my lunch. Ordering was a piece of cake, especially when I was helped by a really friendly employee working the register. I know she was new, but she was working her tail off and was just lovely. In fact everyone I encountered here was fantastically happy and friendly. I went to sit at my table with my kiddo to wait for our food. One of the greeters walking around noticed I was with a crazy toddler and offered to get our food when it was ready. This was a blessing because doing anything with my 3 year old is usually a challenge these days. Nice touch PDQ! Our food came out and it was mouth-watering good! I had the chicken tender meal. It came with tenders, a side, and a drink. For my side, I went with French fries because they are french fries! The tenders were fried perfectly! The were hot, fresh, and super juicy. The breading is a little thicker, which made for a great crunch. The fries were simply amazing. They were the shoestring variety, cooked to a nice crispy outside and soft inside, and seasoned just right. I admit it, I ate way too many fries today… and I’m not sorry about it either! I can’t wait to go back and eat even more! PDQ has a lot of dipping sauces too. All of the sauces are made in house and taste like it too. On today’s trip, I tried the honey mustard, ranch, and creamy garlic Flavors. All were really good. I have to say out of the 3, I liked the creamy garlic one the best, but it won by only a smigeon. Unlimited condiments for the win! They also had a lot of milk shake flavors. I really wanted to try a chocolate peanut butter or apple pie one, but I remembered it’s freezing outside and I was trying to defrost my fingers. Maybe I can report back once it warms up some. :) here’s a tip though… between 3pm-5pm, the shakes are half off! The prices for the adult meal was a bit high, but the quality of food is worth it. I had the 3 tender meal for $ 7.49. The kid’s meal was $ 4.19. Both meals come with tenders(kid’s has 2), a side(blueberry cole slaw or fries), and a drink. I have no problem paying for this because the food and service is that good! Speaking of service, PDQ knows how to do it! Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Everyone was always asking if we needed anything or could help us in any way. No one was fake or seemed annoyed to be there. It was a pleasure having lunch here. Yay for great customer service! Overall, I really am impressed with PDQ. I look forward to visiting in the future and trying more food options. I would highly recommend PDQ to anyone who enjoys chicken fingers!
