I really like Panera Bread. I really love there selection of healthy and delicious food choices. But, the only thing I do not like is that they are almost always run out of the vegetable soup by 1:00pm. They service soup two or three times a week and they seem to run out of the soup really quickly.

Tried Panera bread years ago and remember liking it. I went two weeks ago and didn’t care for their food. I tried the Mediterranean sandwich with Mac and cheese. The sandwich didn’t have much flavor and the same went for the Mac and cheese.

I went to Panera this morning, after sitting in drive thru of a nearby competitor for more than 30 mins. Was served courteously and quickly, in about five minutes. I think I found my new weekend breakfast place.

Every time we come here the staff is friendly and accommodating. They truly want people to have a good experience. The food always tastes fresh in my experience. The only time one of our orders was wrong, it was fixed immediately. I love the Broccoli soup and the orange scones are amazing. We will continue to come every week.

On a very calm Sunday evening, my pick 2 dinner of half a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup took almost 40 minutes to arrive. When it did, both were lukewarm. The sandwich was comprised of two pieces of thickish, stale bread, and one piece of thin processed cheese. The soup was way too salty to finish. The best part of the«meal» was the half full bag of potato chips. Look, don’t come here. They aren’t even trying to do a basic job. Oh, and most of the tabletops were just sitting open, dirty.

Not a huge fan of sandwiches but the soups are pretty good as well. On the receipt it says if your order is done wrong they will give you a free muffin. I saw this and slightly hoped it was wrong. But to my surprise it was, deff says no tomatoes on my receipt. Now they were not busy with tons of customers, there were probably 4 tables in the whole store filled. So luckily they had a tasty muffin to make this review better. It was a pumpkin spice muffin or something close to that, DELICIOUS! Would still come back maybe for some soup when it gets colder :)

I’m a fan of Panera Bread, just not this one. I’ve tried it twice now and gotten the same result every time. Slow service, cold food, incorrect order. They did have what I am guessing was a manager roaming the dining room but their presence meant literally nothing. Employees were struggling at the cash register, struggling with orders, and this guy was roaming around in a seemingly important manner. I felt bad for the girl who was trying to help me out(it was her first day on the job, and she was lost), because she had zero support.

Pretty good restaurant with a fair selection of food & desserts. The staff is always friendly and helpful — the food is always pretty good.

I have to say as much as I like Panera, this one was a disappointment. I ordered a steak Panini because I missed breakfast which was what I originally wanted. I ordered the steak sandwich with an egg inside. The sandwich came and it didn’t look like a Panini at all. They either didn’t press it, or never bothered to leave it on long enough for it to cook all the way. The cheese was cold and the egg I got in it was a hard boiled sliced up. Maybe that was my mistake for not being extremely precise in what I was ordering. Anyway, I asked them to make it again and they brought out another one, cooked all the way but still not pressed. 2 stars for this experience, when I have something else I might up my next review. SEEPICTURES.

I love that Panera is in the hood. Love their food, thrilled they offer a drive thru at this location. They need to learn to wipe the tables off with a wet rag. Crumbs and drink residue left on open tables is not acceptable. Hope they get it together before I give up on them. This has been the same on about 3 different occasions. I will be bummed if I have to drop them off the list.

Ordered a salad«to go” — they messed up and made it «for here». No big deal until I started eating it a few hours later and it was soggy because it had originally been made«for here» without the dressing on the side. I would like an establishment that pays closer attention to detail.

It’s Panera, you’ve probably been there. Food tastes just like every other Panera. The service here, however, is where they stand apart. They are slow. Like, I waited 10 minutes for two bowls of lukewarm soup while the kitchen staff sang«Everything is Awesome» at the top of their lungs. When they finally managed to ladle our soup into bowls the server(they bring it to you at this location) let it sit for several minutes before tossing it onto our table with a clatter and walking away without saying a word. I have pretty low expectations of a place like Panera and they managed to let me down anyway. Nice job.

This is the most disgusting, vile food I have ever had the misfortune to buy. Not only was it expensive it looked like it was pulled out of a trash can or it was left overs cleaned up from their tables, yesterday. I spoke to a manager there that said«that’s the way all our sandwiches look.» I told her that not even at my poorest had I ever eaten something looked like their sandwich and soup did. I tried feeding the sandwich to my Yorkie, he looked at it, smelled it, growled at me then ran and hid behind the sofa. Take my advise, save yourself the time and trouble eat somewhere else, Anywhere else. I took a picture of the sandwich, if I could post it along with the review I would.

Thanks Panera bread for making my son cry. First off, we love Panera Bread and really love the food… but today’s service was unacceptable. 3 mistakes today: * the employee who took our order never asked us for our rewards number. 2nd time we come in since this place has opened and they fail to ask us. Plus, the managers there have stated that once the sale has been rung up and money collected, they can’t reverse the order and put back. your rewards number on it. Why have a loyalty rewards program if employees don’t even ask you for it so that we can come back and enjoy the extra rewards and freebies. * I ordered(2) pick 2 for my wife and I, then as we were closing the order I asked for a 99 cents pastry and we were denied only because we failed to order drinks First off, why penalize those who don’t drink sodas or tea? Makes no sense. Excuse us for trying to take the healthy way out of life. FYI — The pastry was for our 3 year old son who loves your cookies. When the female employee stated it would cost us more to purchase a pastry, we just asked to cancel our order and our money back. The manager who appeared asian, came to us and refunded us our $ 20+ dollars. That, and as we left, our son cried in tears. Disgusted with the manager who ruined our afternoon dining experience over 99 cents pastry because we did not order drinks??? * the assistant manager let us leave… wow, who manages a P&L, runs a profit operations, customer service oriented environment… and let’s us leave??? We never made a scene and were polite the entire time. No one makes my child cry… especially for something this small.

I only eat one thing, the frontega chicken panini, everytime I go to Panera. Today it was not grilled at all, it had swiss cheese, no basil, and no chipotle mayo. Come on, you’re better than that.

Quality of their food is good, it’s the portion were it’s lacking. We paid 27 buck for two sandwiches, two drinks, two small Mac and Cheese, one tiny salad. The sandwiches were a bit small(differently not enough for my husband).

I’ve eaten at the Lakeline area Panera Bread once before and thought it was pretty decent. So I was eager to try out this new one close to home. I came here for dinner last night, and breakfast this morning. I was kinda underwhelmed. Dinner: The cup of French Onion soup was nice, and of a good value. Comes with a substantial hunk of bread. Could have used a little butter on the bread but did not realize they had it way up front with the coffee instead of with the other condiments until too late. The Chicken Chipotle Panini was a little disappointing. Was kinda limp and sad, and on the cold side even though served fresh on a plate. It was of a quality I’d expect from a fast food place, not fast casual. I put some hot sauce on it and it was ok. My husband loved it however. Breakfast: Ordered a toasted bagel, to eat there, same ticket as my husband’s order. They forget to bring it with his sandwich and then bring me an unsliced untoasted bagel on a plate. At least it didn’t take long to get it corrected once again but it was really kinda irksome, especially considering the place wasn’t even close to busy. I’ll give this place another try but for what you pay, they really need to put in just a little more effort in their prep.

I really like Panera. They use quality ingredients, bake their items fresh, and are actively committed to feeding members of the community who are less fortunate which I absolutely love. What I don’t like about Panera however is how expensive they are. I went through the drive thru for lunch the other day and ordered their pick two combo. You get two choices of half a sandwich, soup, salad, pasta, or even flatbreads. I got half of the classic salad and the tomato mozzarella flatbread. I also wanted something sweet so I ordered a chocolate chip cookie as well. They asked if I wanted to add a drink to my order to make my cookie only 99 cents, so I thought sure why not? I fully admit that I didn’t pay attention to their menu prices because I always used to get the pick two combo when I lived in an apartment near a Panera, and never remembered the total being more than around $ 8. Needless to say, I about had a heart attack when I got to the window and they told me my total was $ 12.32!!! Sorry, what?!? I could have gotten a whole pizza to go for that price and at least had leftovers. Instead it got me a tiny salad, an even smaller flatbread, a cookie, a lemonade, and a piece of baguette. I checked the receipt because I felt like there was no way that could be right. Sure enough the salad was $ 3.69, the flatbread was $ 4.59, the lemonade was $ 2.19, and the cookie was $ 0.99. Maybe I’m just a cheap old lady at heart but I found that to be outrageously expensive. The small salad was mostly greens and red onions which was not worth almost $ 4 in itself. Am I crazy? Do these prices seem normal to other people? I do have a Panera rewards card but don’t go enough to get much use out of it. They usually offer a free pastry for your birthday and right now are doing a free cup of coffee everyday in June. I don’t live close enough to take them up on that but it’s a pretty sweet deal nonetheless. If they lowered the prices a bit then I would give the extra star. But as is I feel like 4 is fair.
