I have learned my lesson. Don’t assume that the cost of a project will automatically be like $ 10K. Refael came by and looked over our list of things we needed, wished for, and found some energy saving fixes. It took a couple of hours as he was very detailed and careful in his review. Which meant we got a very detailed and careful estimate. For not very much money (certainly waaaaay under 10k), we had several things fixed, hung, and handled. I love the curtain hardware they hung, the garage organizational system, and OMG the closet! It was something I threw in as a wish and his suggestions were exactly the solution I was hoping for! He also referred us to some other great contractors for various other things we hope to get to in future. He got through a long list in a couple of days and we are so happy with the work. So… if you have a project you have been putting off, I’d say it is well worth checking into a quote.
