Food is okay. Servers are fine. Manager/Owner is prejudice. Yes, I said it. We’ve dined in at least 3 times and have witnessed the manager greeting customers at the counter and sitting to eat that were«white». Any«black» customers whether dining in or carry out have been continuously ignored. It’s baffling how in this day and age, racism is so prevalent in businesses and restaurants. If you don’t believe me, then dine in and see for your self.

Had the chicken teriyaki and it was dry and burnt! Didnt know it came with lettuce and that was spoiled! Dont get the chicken teriyaki there! The happy family was nasty also no flavor… may have to go else where now… the pic is orange chicken which is the only thing that is good there

Moon Wok is the perfect place for a low priced, decent meal. The food is good; nothing fancy and pretty basic. They got typical choices like sesame chicken, fried rice, noodle dishes, etc You can spend less than $ 10 for a lunch special and a drink. The service is OK but I could tell the young lady was bored lol. it was really quiet there around 1:00. OMG the portions are huge for lunch. I had to get a to go container for half of it. Now that I’m mad that I didn’t take a pic!

I use to come here alot before I realized it was roach infested! No joke. My family and I had skipped lunch that morning so about lunch time we were really Hungry and decided to stop at Moon Wok about 5 mins before it opened. So we waited untill opening time came and the doors were still locked after 15mins of time opening. I looked inside and noticed one of the employees cleaning off the side walls.(didn’t know what he was doing) They finally open the door we walked in and ordered. Sat down, our food arrived amd took a few bites when I noticed ROACHESBYMYSONSHEADAGAINSTTHEWALL! Not 1,2 or 3 but more. I alerted the owner as he came with a kitchen rag which was used prior to kill roaches and just laughed amd said“Yall good customers they came to say hi” I was disgusted and told my family not to eat their food and left! Even my 9yr old was disgusted. Never Again!

Tried this place twice because it was close to home. Thought maybe the first time was just a bad day. Nope, the 2nd time it was just as bad. Fried wontons were chewy, chicken and broccoli was not good, had no taste, and we didn’t even finish half of it. They also got the order wrong, we asked for steamed rice and got fried rice instead. They do however give very large portions. I’d rather have a normal sized portion that was really good than a whole lot of not so good food. We won’t be going back.

I wanted to like this place because I need a good and local go to spot. First time I tried the chicken and shrimp with mushrooms. It was bland and full of bell peppers. They go overboard with the peppers. I decided to try them again and order one of my favorite dishes, Kung Pao Chicken. Bland, no flavor and once again full of bell peppers. I opted for steamed rice which was hard and obviously not fresh. Extremely disappointed.

Good food. Sub par service. They literally cannot be bothered when you call(delivery is seriously a joke) … They speak too quickly in other to get you off phone only to get your order wrong on an 45 minute to a hour wait. Unacceptable. When calling back to fix my order I was reassured a swift turn around. Yeah right, I damn near ate my ARM off in hunger waiting for my food. Unless you’re picking up forget ordering from this place. You have a better shot flying to Asia your damn self before you can get even a sniff of any food from this establishment. Bad service ruins even the best of restaurants. Sorry Moon Wok … Maybe I’ll order when I’m in the area, but jeez fix your delivery and phone etiquette asap.

The food here is top notch but I had a bad customer service experience where I was left on hold for over 19 minutes and when I arrive there the person who answers the phones was just sitting down making the packets for soy/duck sauce, plastic ware and fortune cookies. I showed her my phone and told her that it is unacceptable not looking to get anything free just wanted them to get that part right. There excuse was they were super busy but there were maybe 10 people in there sitting down already with their food and like I said the girl that answers the phone wasn’t too busy to where you should leave a customer on hold. Oh and to win me over they offered me a free egg roll after ordering $ 19 worth of food lol… gotta love it. Fix that part Moon Wok and this place will definitely be five stars.

If it wasn’t for my husband loving this place we could have save our money tonight. we have order three times in a row and they keep on forgetting our order to order correctly. our first order they bought me a two liter bottle of unopened soda halfway filled I was like what Tha. I called to speak to a supervisor not only was he rude he didn’t want to compensate me for spending the money that we spent or at least discount on our next order. finally i got him to agree on our next order they will bring you a coke for free. So here we go again second order i called to speak to the supervisor to get our free coke at first acted like we never talked. we said forget we will order anyway and finally he at the end remembered us. he said do not worry i will bring it this time to you. Upon delivery the deliver forgot it again. And our Rice. Rice!!! main important ingredient the rice. call I called the supervisor and I told him you forgot he said it was too late to come over and bring me my rice I said alright do you realize you forgot our coke and said you were going to reorder promise and now no rice. STRIKE two and a half — so a month later my husband was craving Chinese food. I’ll never order from this place. So we called and the person who took my order read back my order and i asked for two dinner plates with egg rolls. we normally order is for egg rolls and when we order the delivery driver brought food and the whole meal was dryed like tree bark& there’s no egg rolls so I called back and I asked us to speak to a supervisor again and I had to remind him for the last past 3 orders in a row they have screwed up our order Royally. yet argued with me because I demanded to have a refund the food and bring mack my money. supervisor or the owner of the f*** place was rude as hell. put me on hold on the phone. He forgot to click the mute button doesn’t realize I’m can hear everything that is being said. so i listen to him, such a dumbass !!! I here someone tell him to tell us we suck these nuts! I cannot believe of this restaurant!!! Please do not support this restaurant!!! these people they do not caure about a customer or your food. I told him I heard everything her blamed it was a customer and we could just not order from«us» again. that we his solutions. if I could I would back tonight and get your money back or I can come back tomorrow after me arguing with him for 30 minutes about how bad the service and the order was not to mention the food was dry. honestly I think that our food that they gave us tonight have been sitting there because it was hard. like .rocks this must have been sitting under lamps. Sadly I don’t believe I feel like ever since I complain about the first two mistakes but they made it to deliberately mess up my order on purpose. not to mention the language I’m a customer and they have somebody speaking like that. I’m perplexed by the negative reviews here. We’ve been here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. We did have to wait a little longer for a takeout order last week because they were filling a HUGE to-go order that had come in before ours. The portions are large, always enough to save some for the next day’s lunch. I’m a big fan of the hot & sour soup.

On a late take out order the food was over cooked. I didn’t order chicken wing and fried won ton jerky. I couldn’t figure out why the food smelled strange in the car on the ride home. I was soo disappointed as I have eaten there in the past. I guess its time to move on. I could never eat that food again. And to think, I gave them a three dollar tip for a $ 15 order that was trashed. Never again. Customer Lost!

For a recent girls night we decided to order in rather than go out to a restaurant. My cousin insisted on Moon Wok, as it’s close to her house and she says it’s one of her favorites. We looked at a menu she had at home and called in our order. The driver took about 30 – 45 minutes to arrive with our food and we were able to split our order and pay individually. The food wasn’t the best I’ve ever tasted but the ease of ordering, the delivery, and splitting up methods of payment was helpful.

I would have given moon wok higher stars after having them deliver for the first time. My only issue was I ordered beef broccoli with fried rice and there were several pieces of orange peels. I’m not sure what’s with that but I don’t eat orange peels in any dish. Therefore I’m not sure how I’m feeling about this place. On the upside the dish was relatively good without the hide and seek orange peels.

Moon Wok, You are a Chinese restaurant in America. How do you manage to ruin Chicken Fried Rice? It’s pretty simple to make. Even I have a recipe for it that’s not bad. Perhaps I’ll share it with you if I’m in your area again. The key is not using super dry, day old chicken in the dish. Your Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls are decent, but nothing really stands out. I’m just really perplexed by the fried rice. I mean… really?

Strike 3, and you’re out. Moon Wok used to be my joint, but for the past year or so the service has been awful and the food very hit or miss. I have to say though that tonight takes the case and I’m done. I ordered my food at 7:51 pm and was told that the delivery would take 30 – 45 minutes. I should have had a clue that something would go wrong when the guy kept talking about my parents usually coming to pick up the food, but I brushed it off. Fast forward to 9 pm and I call to find out what happened to my order and a lady answered(I won’t post her name) and basically blamed me for not answering the door. Yeah, that makes sense. I did not answer the door for food that I already paid for. I explained to her that I have my house phone, cellphone, and caller ID that pops up on my tv, not to mention the fact that no one knocked and she basically tells me that I am wrong and will have to just explain myself to the delivery driver. EXCUSEME? I have to explain myself? She obviously has life and BS mixed up. I asked if/when I could expect my food and she stated that it would be about another hour. So yes, we are now at TWOHOURS for delivery. Did she offer an apology? No. Did she offer to comp my food the next time I visited? No. Did she offer any solution after I asked for a refund? Nope, she just said, «well, it’ll take 3 – 4 days.» I was so livid at the point that I asked for her manager and she stated that they did not have one on duty. How convenient. I ask for her name and her supervisor’s name and she asks me to hurry up and take down the information and then tells me that I can call and try to catch him. She did not give times or anything like any other well trained person in customer service would offer. So here’s the deal, you no longer get any of my money. Just delivery my food and I will never bother to order from you again. I could have taken everything with a grain of salt if I would have just gotten an apology, but I see now that this is just their new M.O. UPDATE: To make matters worse, my food was not hot. I don’t think I could ask for a more ridiculous experience.
