Cici’s Pizza

I hadn’t been to this location in a couple years. And it has gotten terrible. My friends and I went to go eat one day after school and the pizza was very very dry and cold.
Not to mention the restrooms being out of soap and out of napkins neither any hand sanitizer. I was extremely disappointed. Also, there was no ice. Will not be returning. Do not recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience here. Staff was professional and courteous. Food was hot and fresh, and our special order came out in a timely manner. Restaurant was clean, and manager kept tidying up pizza bar-​he was on it! We paid him a compliment for his customer service and attentiveness

Cheap buffet style pizza. Great selection of pizza and salad bar is better than expected. Clean but under staffed

Honestly, I am not a big fan of CiCi’s always seems dirty… BUT, I had an overall great experience at this location. Staff seemed to stay busy and made sure the pizza was served hot and kept on the line.
Restaurant was clean.

Also be prepared to be giving a big «Bye, thank you» by the employees and the Manager upon leaving this establishment!

This places sucks! I’m actually sitting here as I type this. Customer service sucks! The managers the only one working. They can’t keep the buffet stocked. When I went to order my own pizza like I have done for years and the only reason I come to cicis is for 2 types of pizza I was told they can’t make it cause it’s supposed to be on the buffet that they can’t keep stocked. My usual 20 minute visit turned into about an hour n 20 min with waiting and slow rude service! Dessert time wow out of cinnamon rolls who would have thought. I won’t be back to this one I’ll drive the extra 15 miles

Always a fall back when the kids want pizza but that’s about it… We did a fundraiser there one time when they were supposed to be our sponsors, then the next day, the manager got fired for trying to help us raise money. Have not had a desire to go there unless we simply have no other choices on the table and we’ve gotten another sponsor willing to help us raise money without issues.

I enjoy doing pick up for the most part and if I eat in, it typically very rare. I find that many CiCis do not do a great job of keeping it tidy especially because of the large flow if traffic that comes in. The staff was nice and accommodating. Me personally i would eat and keep it moving. I would not use their restrooms, just my opinion. The food is for the most part always hot and ready to eat depending on the time you come. But if you do not have a taste for what is on the buffet, they will make you a pizza which is a plus! My preferred method again is to just do take out and typically i do that on Friday’s and it is a winner for my family.

It doesn’t surprise me that this crap hole has no reviews. I am being nice when I call it a crap hole. Me and my kids were out shopping today and I though we would stop and eat at this restaurant. I have been to a good CiCis before but not in my local area they all tend to be a major disappointment but this is the first time I have gone to one in Cedar Hill and I assumed that since the town has grown so much that all food places there stepped up their game, I was so wrong about this place. The cash register was the only good part of this visit. First stop the salad bar that looked like it had been sitting for a week, one of the bowls of lettuce had blackened leaves in it and they poured more lettuce into the bowl over the top of it… yummy right? Then on to the pasta station where the heat lamps had raped the sauces into separation. Oh then there was the actual buffet that did not look clean, was not well stocked and what there was for pizza was cold and old, the deserts looked so Iffy I just passed on that completely. We were all complaining about the lack of Ice in the soda machine. On to the cleanliness of this place the restroom grossed out my teenagers wow you gotta be filthy to gross out a teenager and the eating area was old and dirty looking. They had two TV’s only one was on and tuned into CNN… I like the news but it is summer vacation and at least half of the people in the store were kids… wake up cartoons can be entertaining while they are suffering though their meal. This was not during lunch rush the place was not that busy so all of this there is no excuse for :(
