Holy cow what a dump! Flies in the silverware tray, filthy floors, surly staff. This is not your best bet.

My favorite fast food joint! I feel like the food is much better then McDonald’s, which I will not eat(besides their pancakes.) When coming to Wendy’s, it is always past midnight and I am trying to cure my late night hunger when coming home from doing something! I either always get a hamburger, fries, and chicken nuggets. Or chili and fries. I always go thru the drivethru, as that is the only thing that is open at that time, and it is more convenient anyway. One time I got here at 12:47AM, as my car and the drive thru menu both said that, and they told me they were closed. They do not close till 1AM, as the sign says. I called the manager the next day and they mailed me a $ 20 gift card for my troubles. I greatly appreciate a place fixing their mistakes when they were so obviously wrong. One last thing: if coming here right before they close, I would recommend asking them to make the nuggets fresh, as sometimes they have tended to be stale as if they were sitting there all night. Whenever I ask though, they make them fresh! What good service for a fast food establishment.

Pleases and thank you’s are a part of working in food service. You may not like your jobs but you get paid to smile and be nice. It’s really not too much to ask. I went thru the drive thru at 8:45 tonight(on a Friday). It was busy, several cars in front of me but the line kept moving. When I got up to the speaker I got a barely audible«order when your ready». Not a «welcome to Wendy’s what can we get for you tonight?» Hi to you too. I ordered a hamburger meal and a chocolate frosty waffle cone for my son. She told me the total, no please, no thank you. I pulled up to the first window for payment. The guy(different from the female who took my order” didn’t say hi or give me the total with a please, just took my card and ran it thru and handed my card back. I made sure to tell him thank you, since it was too hard for him. I pulled ahead to the pick up window. Again the theme of the night was no greeting or acknowledgement. The lady handed out my bag of food and drink and then handed out my sons frost cone. Before I could say«it’s supposed to be chocolate» because it was a vanilla frosty she shut the window. I guess she was done with me. My son was okay with the vanilla and my food was good. But the customer experience sucked. Take some lessons in customer service. Even if your busy it doesn’t take any longer to smile and say please and thank you. I won’t be running back thru this Wendy’s anytime soon.
