McDonald’s

This location is near my house but I almost always drive by and go to another location. Service here is terrible. On several occasions I have experienced slow service, cold/​dry fries, and overall poor attitudes by employees. Now I understand this is a fast food place but by comparison of other locations this ranks near the bottom.

Generally I get good service from here. The food is typically fresh and the drive thru quick. This is the closest to my home so we frequent here the most.
There are a handful of times I’ve gotten not so good service. One time the girl asked for my order and we said it all and she said «sorry I wasn’t listening can you repeat that». And we asked repeat what part of it thinking that maybe she just missed the Last item. She replied all snotty that we needed to repeat the entire order. So repeated it and then she failed to turn off her microphone and said «fucking rude». The only thing road was the fact that we had to repeat our entire order after she said she was ready to take it.
A few times we didn’t get all that we ordered. And I had to run back to get the sandwiches for my children that they left out. I’ve left a couple of times without my drinks for breakfast. But I guess that was my own fault for not making sure I got all the drinks.
More times than not the service is good. And I leave with what I ordered. The fries are generally hot and the sandwiches fresh. I give it a three because of the situations above were service was not exemplary.
