Horrible customer service. Ashleigh totally screwed up our order even though I tried to specify exactly what we wanted twice. Up charged our order for something we didn’t even want. I got two tacos(one cool Doritos taco even though I specified I just wanted plain and one nacho cheese Doritos supreme) the«supreme» only had about a tablespoon of meat and 5 pieces of lettuce and cheese. Not going back.

I normally wouldn’t rate a fast food restaurant, largely impart to the fact that all franchises follow the same consistent standard. With that being said, the only reason I’d rate a fast food restaurant would be if it was exceptionally good, or exceptionally bad. Unfortunately, in this case, this taco bell fell under the ‘exceptionally bad’ bucket. I’ve been here a handful of times, and every single time I wait at least 20 minutes through the drive thru. It doesn’t matter if there are zero cars in the queue or 4– it’s always a 15 – 20 minute wait… guaranteed. The service is NOTBAD, by ANY means. You can tell the workers are trying their best to keep up and are very friendly whenever I pull up to the window. With that being said, there’s something that needs to be said about management at this particular location: From my seat in the ballpark, this is what I observe: 1. Right-size your work staff to meet demand in a timely manner. People in the drive thru queue are probably in a time crunch or have somewhere to be. By right-sizing your staff, you can get more burritos out the door in the expected service time. Maybe look at *peaks* throughout the day and schedule your staff accordingly. 2. Train your employees on the best method. You can tell these workers are trying their best. They probably just need guidance. Spend an hour or two teaching them the best methods to produce a quality taco. This will reduce your preparation time and subsequently reduce service time. Lower service times = happy customers. 3. Continue to be friendly. It’s not the service that’s driving me away. It is the exceptionally long service times for a drive-thru operation. Take it for what it’s worth, but that’s my $ 0.02. I know those are highly generalized remarks but honestly something needs to give. With taco johns, pancheros, and qdoba all within range, the service has got to be not only on-par, but exceptional

Customer satisfaction is there top priority here. Whether it’s ordering through the drive-thru or inside, they are extremely polite and make sure everything goes smoothly. Sometimes it almost seems they are almost too overly friendly. This location was rebuilt a few years ago and is always very clean inside. The food is just as consistent as the other taco bells. All of the workers truly take pride in treating there customers well. –Obviously management is doing something right here!

I checked in on Unilocal as I entered the drive thru. It was 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. When I exited the drive thru I checked my phone and it had been 19 minutes since my check in. I might as well had went in and ordered and eaten inside in that time. This is the majority of the reason for the two stars. The narrow drive up does not allow for cars to pull to the side that have complicated orders to wait while others continue thru. The wait was downright awful. I normally don’t go to Taco Bell. Number one reason no potato olays. I prefer taco Jon’s for fast food Mexican. Plus I find the menu confusing. I feel like I never really know what I’m getting. I ordered a shredded chicken quesarito box. It was a drink, a Doritos taco, hard shell taco and quesarito and then I ordered two soft shell tacos. The«box» was no such thing. Just my tacos in a plastic sack. Left me wondering if I got everything. But I did. The tacos were pretty standard. I mostly went because of the commercials for the quesarito. It’s a burrito wrapped on a quesadilla. It was okay. Nothing epic. Didn’t look near as good as the ads. The girl at the window was nice. So the service wasn’t rude at all. But I went for fast good because it’s supposed to be fast. And I went thru the drive thru because it’s supposed to be convenient. They struck out on both. I most likely won’t be back. Not worth the hassle.
