I walked in at 11:00 am on a Saturday, it seemed as though I was the first customer of the day because the restaurant wasn’t prepared. No cups at the register, all the chip racks were empty with the exception of a few scattered options, the veggies weren’t fresh and some weren’t even put out yet. I was the only person there besides the 4 employees who were standing around doing nothing. Floors were dirty, tables were dirty and there were crumbs all over the place. I feel bad for the franchise owner

Sat in the drive thru at 4:57 pm for 10 minutes with no response. I googled the phone number and called. They said they closed at 5 pm. No rhyme no reason. No kindness. Weird? Being that Google says they’re open till 9 pm on Sunday’s. Oh yea and its posted on the door.
