Firehouse Subs

Delicious, fast, and clean! We had the Steamer and Roast Beef Sriracha with the kids meatball. All were delicious! Workers were very friendly! Any soda or flavored drink you want which is an added bonus!

If you trash this chain with a negative review, you are a fool. Kick rocks and go be a sourpuss somewhere else. This is the best sub place there is. Jersey Mike’s used to be my #1, until I had a Firehouse Sub. In addition to making donations to a worthwhile cause, there sandwiches are really, really good. I wish they were closer to home. I only get to have it when I come out here for work.

1. Failed no value for a foot lot sub not for $ 13.
2. Over priced since for $ 13 I could buy a nice dinner elsewhere.
3. I don’t think they understand that when people come to a sub shop they want to be fed they want to big sandwich they don’t want to have to pay a lot for it especially if it’s overpriced.
4. The place was decorated very nice, it was very clean.
5. I could not understand the person taking the order and I had her repeat the three times and still couldn’t understand the English that she was speaking a total failure. To elaborate that I couldn’t understand the person taking the order she was going to fast where I couldn’t understand her words legibly she was working too fast and picking up these baskets they serve the sandwiches in and if she worked for me I’d fire.
This place reminds me of Applebee’s Applebee’s was originally created a decade ago and it was the kind a restaurant that when you left you were hungry and I’m leaving this restaurant hungry which means I will not return.

Kind of a glorified subway IMO. I had the hero sub and it was good but did not justify the price compared to other sub shops. I might go back and try the steak cheese sub but not soon. Nice clean restaurant and nicely decorated

Was visiting Palm Springs in mid-​November and wanted something to eat but not at a fancy restaurant or anything like that. Remembered seeing Firehouse Subs in my travels so decided to try them out. They have a pretty extensive menu of sandwiches and pretty prompt service. Decided to get mine to go so i could better savor it in the privacy of my timeshare. I can say the meatball sub was pretty darn good! Not sloppy with too much sauce and not bland. I will definitely try them again when I’m in the mood for a good sub sandwich!

Had the number 7, one of the best subs I’ve ever had. I’ve ate subs all over from DTown LA to Palm springs and in between by far some of the best here.

I had the #1 on wheat. Turkey /​ham and the fixings. Very cool and crisp, especially refreshing on a 100degree day in Palm
springs. The medium size was the perfect size of a sandwich, about 6 inches. It was not overstuffed but was perfectly full of yummy goodness.
The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. I’m knocking a star off bc the bathroom was quite the opposite. Gross! Hardly had an appetite after going in there.

My husband and I decided to stop here after reading reviews about them here on Unilocal.The sandwiches are tasty, but a little over priced for the amount you get. Mostly the reason I’m leaving three stars is because the was rude. We told them several times we were outta town, never been here and received little help understanding why my husband ordered a small and was being charged for a medium.
Overall tasty subs, poor service. Think of a more expensive Quiznos.

Okay this place is BOMB
My father and I were going home and decided to try this place out since we heard good reviews about it from multiple people; I ordered the #1 and my dad ordered the #10 we each just got the subs only but upgraded to a 12″ instead of 8″ it came out the 20.16 $ total at first I wasn’t so happy paying 20 $ for two subs that might not be so good I mean it was my first time and the only sub place I would really eat at was subway (I will no longer eat there) but when my father and I got home we undressed our sandwiches and immediately you see meat and cheese with a good amount of veggies and they were FRESH! I’m STUFFED and so is my dad not to mention the service is great they are very patient and willing to answer all of your questions! Definitely recommend this place and the #1 you can always add and remove items too your liking too!

Great subs for a great price. 100 times better than jersey Mikes. I’m going to be coming here often when working out here

LOVE the subs here! My girlfriend and I have been here at least 3 times. She always gets the Engineer and I always get the New York Steamer. Sandwich tastes amazing each time! Definitely better than any sandwich I’ve ever gotten at any of the other chain restaurants. This place is a must try!

What a great restaurant. The food is really good here. I’m having at King’s Hawaiian pork and slaw combo. The staff was very attentive and courteous when I came in. They greeted me right away. Make sure to get a firehouse rewards card you can apply through your smartphone at the Apple Store or Google Play Store. The store is really clean and the food preparation station was pristine. There are lots of drinks choices as they have one of the coca-​cola 120 + drink choices machines. I will eat here often, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We had heard great things about the food here so we finally decided to try it. Well worth it! I got the meatball sub & it was very good! My son had the Smoked Beef & Cheddar Brisket & it was excellent! Service was friendly & quick. Loved the firehouse décor! Would go back sooner than later!

If you like hot sandwiches then this is the place for you. The bread is SO GOOD. I love the New York Steamer!
Great for kids as they have firemen hats to take, plus kids eat for 99 cents on Tuesday nights. Always fast, friendly service and clean. Amazing soda fountain!

What a gem this place is. I was just passing through Palm Springs, looking on Unilocal for a good sandwich shop. I didn’t want Subway again, read the reviews for this place and stopped in.
I’m so happy I did. I had a roast beef with provolone on wheat. Absolutely delicious. One of the best sub-​sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.
If your in the area, stop by. Don’t settle for subway if there’s a Firehouse Subs in the area!

Love this place! Always pleasent when first walk in, always very clean, and the subs are amazing! Plus even when busy, its really fast service. Love the Steak n cheese!

Did not know until starting to write this review that they claim «Best meatballs, guranteed.»
Funny thing, I DID order the large meatball on wheat and it was several cuts above the one at Subway, and better than other sub sammich shops I’ve been to. The marinara: ripe tomato flavor, nicely seasoned, MEATY tasting meatballs, melted cheese and the dried Italian herbs on top just made my mouth sing!
Rock solid sandwich place. Just wish there was one near where I live. One can dream…

I had a «fully involved» corned beef brisket sandwich, and I am HOOKED!
The service was great, the corned beef brisket was thin-​sliced, deliciously tender heaven, and the seating area was clean.
I wish we had a Firehouse Subs in Seattle!
