McDonald’s

Weird… doesnt serve mean # 5, 6 or 8 after midnight. So why be a 24 hour McDonald’s? Plus very slow drive thru service.

24 hours my ass!
I was working at 4:00 am so I stop here at 3:45 thinking, «oh I’ll just get some hash browns and coffee. Cause it’s too early for me to cook breakfast. Good thing they’re open ²⁴⁄₇. «to my dismay I get there and they are closed wtf. And now I have to go to work for 8 hours without breakfast so you know I’m gonna have a shitty day. ²⁴⁄₇ means ALL THE TIME not open til late or something like that. False advertising.

I just ordered from here and was really disappointed with my order for the drive thru. I didn’t get my pancakes order, they forgot to put it in the bag. My bad for not double checking, I just wanted to get home and eat. This has happened countless times. I am finding a hard time trusting the employees because my orders are always messed up! That’s my $ 11 down the drain. Thanks a lot.

This mcdonalds is shitty as fuck it’s supposed to be 24 hrs but it’s never open when it’s 3am or 2am or midnight this is the most fucking garbage mcdonalds I have ever seen and I seen a lot of shitty mcdonalds if your never open 24 hrs then don’t advertise 24 hrs it’s so fucking stupid and misleading

Love coming to this location with the kids, it’s one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to. Very clean and offer a play area with tv for the kids. Food and service is the same at most spots. Decent wait time and it is fast food so I don’t expect too much. I make it out here simply fir the play area for my two boys. It’s big and offers a slide all packed in their location. Parking is kind of cramped and the location is a bit odd in terms of the freeway exit being around the corner, sort of loops around. Other than that I’m fairly lucky to be close by if needed to rush over with the kids. Real cool and the menu is always expanding with new things to try.

Not very fast… Waited 20 minutes from pulling up in the drive-​thru to getting the meals. I wanted fast food; here I wasted my lunch hour.

It’s almost 2 am and the guy at the drive way order allowed me to use the restroom!!! You saved me bladder and possible public embarrassment!

Pulled up at 3:51 am and they were supposed to be open. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to get here. I see people inside standing around doing nothing. The sign says 24 hours. I knock and the guy opens the window and says they’ll be open in 10 minutes. I’m assuming he’s the manager and I’m assuming he has no respect for my time as a customer. Highly disappointed McDonald’s!

Food quality is better than the standard of other mickey d’s. The service can be slow, but their quality is service is way better than most McDonald’s. I went there to pick up some fries and they gave me a free drink for no apparent reason. People giving 3 stars to This establishment are expecting some Gordon Ramsey shit. The fries weren’t dusty if you know that taste, and their prices are cheaper than the one near Starbucks. One of the best McDonald’s out there.

Just got back from this Mcdonalds and it was my worse nightmare. So I ordered 4 spicy McChicken at the first window and somehow the young guy that took my order messed up and he gave me only 1 McChicken and so I told the guy at the second window I had ordered for 4 McChicken, and so he takes my visa card and tells me he’ll ring me up for the other 3 McChicken and told me to pull up to the reserved parking spot. Which I did, I waited for about 10 minutes and I knew something wasn’t right because they were taking too long. So I walked in and asked for my food and visa card back and the manager gave me my food and than he started speaking in Spanish asking the rest of his employees questions. He reluctantly tells me sorry ma’am but we lost your visa card. I was just so shocked when he said that to me. I mean how could they have lost my card that fast? I told the manager that I wasn’t gonna leave until they found my card, and the MANAGER (short Mexican guy) RUDELY tells me that there’s nothing they can do about my missing visa card. And so I told him, okay I’ll call the cops and he gave me a big attitude telling me he didn’t care. He was very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and acted like he didn’t care about his customers. I ended up calling the cops and they interrogated the employees including the RUDE MANAGER and of course no body owned up to taking my visa card. They all said it was misplaced somewhere. This just shows how unprofessional this place really is. I’m NEVER coming back to this place and for those of you reading this review please avoid this place ASAP it will save you big time!

They missed up my order and when I went back to get what was missing the manager «Soyo or may be was Soya» little short chubby lady with Hispanic accent told me that she remembers me complaining about my order once before so she wont help me. That was rude and it was not true, I do not visit this location too much and in fact I never even seen this lady in my life, regardless it does not matter they need to make it right if the order was not right anyway, but she did not. Bad business and poor management, I can afford losing $ 2 box but it is the principle that makes me write this review. I do not recommend this place, and I hope her boss reads this review and write her up for miss handling the issue so this does not happen to anyone else.

They get a five for the standard things you expect from McDonald’s (fast good that’s hot); but they get a one after I stood in line on the restroom for five minutes waiting for a stall and listening to one of the workers discuss the specifics of her lackluster romantic partner… and she wasn’t using the toilet!
Get out. Please.

I really like this mcdonalds. It’s always busy, but the employees work hard here. They’ll do weird orders without questioning it. And are just friendly people.

Went to this fucking place tonight and this Jose looking motherfucker said I gave him 10 instead of 20 I told him to go count and he said he doesn’t want to argue with me? I’m not even arguing in the first place and I did give u a 20 so don’t give me this kind of talk and I said fuck you and left. I’m my mind I’m thinking u working 10 bucks a hour so don’t give me this kind of talk I can stack yo face up with cash.

My son received a monster high toy and Renee was nice enough to go to the back to get my son another toy (truck).Great service thank you Renee!

I didn’t realize that Castro Valley had so many Homeless drug addicts until I stopped at this Mc. Every outside table was occupied with a Shopping carts full crap. people sleeping in cars, etc
what a surprise. fire engine just arrived to respond to a passed out alcoholic lying by the front door.
But on a positive note. service was fast. Coffee, Pancake, hash browns was typical what u expect at Mc. not bad.

The people here are rude and the promos are not up to date. They dont even substitute to suit a person!
I wanted the double spicy McChicken meal. They acted like i farted in their face. «That’s the number 2 but we can’t sub!»

Every night we go there the food is horrible, the fries are not salty amd taste like its been re fried or re heated nasty, burgers and sandwiches sometimes is good sometimes it taste old and nasty, even though they say «please wait a few mimutes we are frying some new fries or making a new burger, it always comes out like its been re fried from frys from this morning or something, i guess never go at night.
Employees are very nice seems like they love their job which is a good thing

This one is a great location for jumping on and off the freeway.
For a decently healthy snack I’ll pick up an oatmeal. Available all day and is pretty tasty. Comes with apples, raisins and brown sugar preloaded.
