This place has been a life saver. The gentleman who own/​works there walked me around showing the different size storage units. As well as explained their policies. He’s forth right and honest. It’s been easy calling them at the beginning of each month and letting them know they can withdraw their $$. Anyways thanks for storing my stuff!

Same problem as others here: they don’t pro-​rate. Bummer. I moved out the first week, and they charge for the full month.

This company will not give partial credit for early move out even during the first week of the month. Upon moving in, they prorate the month. That will indicate they should give partial credit upon moving out early; wrong.
The documents upon renting a unit states 10 days notice; that’s fine, but even with that said, Castle Rock Self Storage requires full prepaid month payment every month with no refund after payment. What? When the renter wants to move out early, NO refund will be given for the remainder of the month. The owners are not will to work with the renter upon acquiring even a partial credit. Rude and not customer oriented: Stay away.
How else will the renter regain partial credit? None: they are liars. I will recommend to finding another storage company unit unless you plan on moving out right at the end of the month.
