This company has literally gone beyond my expectations. From day one when I contacted Shirley to set up an appointment with the exterminator team they have been amazing. Shirley is amazing and breaks down everything thoroughly. I was extremely worried and paranoid because of all the articles on bed bugs that came across. As soon as I met the exterminator’s Shirley’s sister and Jerry they put my mind at ease by explaining there technique for fumigation around the house. Honestly there service is amazing! They are professional, very knowledgable in there field, and extremely pleasant. I am relieved that I came across there company online and beyond thankful to know that trust worthy companies like this exist. Shirley & Jerry are truly a blessing. Jerry knows his stuff & is very qualified when it comes to getting rid of your bug problem. I purchased a foreclosure property to fix up & move in, in Pa. I was moving from North Carolina well after purchasing the house I realized that it was infested with fleas.
I bombed the place 3x’s, they they where still there, I called Orkin they sprayed 4x’s and the fleas where still there, the next suggestion from them was that they could make holes in the floor & spray. I spoke with Jerry& he explained to me why the fleas didn’t die & what he would do to get rid of the fleas.
I told him that I had a house & couldn’t even move in it, Jerry said no worries & guaranteed me that he would get rid of the fleas, I fired Orkin & hired Jerry. He went above & beyond!!! I thank God for them, a really good company with really good people.

So far this is A+++ service. Shirley gives you the best customer service ever & calms you down & Jerry comes in like Superman and makes it all better. I was so anxious & Jerry was very professional & extremely knowledgeable. So far my home is bug free. Also they take great care your things & assist in anyway possible. I’m so relieved & extremely satisfied.

Shirley and Jerry, have been so incredible to deal with. I came to help my sister with a bed bug problem she had from her apt in Brooklyn. We were planning on moving out, as we already threw away all our major items.
We decided the right thing to do was still get the place fumigated, we were looking for an inexpensive option, but came across these guys, at first we were skeptical, but from the get go they were so professional and sincere, the service they provide is honestly beyond 5 star, we have no bed bugs, and have decided to continue to stay at this location.
