Bed Bugs and Beyond

We used bed bugs and beyond to fumigate all our the stuff in our master bedroom after we discovered bed bugs… They in conjunction with the moving company moving right along did an excellent work to get the job done in a timely manner. They were prompt, helpful and reliable, they said what were going to do and did it. Should you find yourself in need of fumigators, contact bed bugs and beyond!

I think it was the best option I could take. BB&B has everything covered and its the best option when trying to get rid of the bed bugs and move out at the same time. Costumer Service was very supportive, they know its a stressful situation so they’ll do their best to make you feel safe.
The treatment was really fast –overnight– also they have a moving company that works with them that can help you with movers, storage, etc. but if you can’t afford the moving company, BB&B still give you the best options to diy.

Bed Bugs and Beyond provides great customer service during a stressful time and they are professional and helpful. We were very satisfied with their service.
The reason that I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that they recommended a moving service, Moving Right Along, that ended up being a big hassle to work with — I ended up having to do a lot of back and forth with the movers and BBB to coordinate and it felt like it would have been much easier for them to coordinate directly. I also would have appreciated more active guidance/​recommendations in the process, since they are the experts :)
I’d also be interested in BBB offering non-​fumigation eradication using heat, which I’ve heard is very effective. This would offer more options for clients.
However, I would definitely recommend BBB to a friend, especially to help make managing all the crazy easier.
