The worst Panda so far. They charge so much at this location versus other and this is the crappiest food. It is so dry and stale that I would rather take back to the counter right now but you know what, that’s a waste of my energy. This place sucks big time.

portions are very small, and this panda is more expensive than the others. 2 entrée plate and a small drink $ 10.03 that’s not worth it. Orange chicken tasted weird. don’t waste your money here.

Watch them they will short you on meat — I get the teriyaki chicken and the angus beef every time and they try to short me on meat by filling the plate with carbs so pay attention — I have to say something very time

Got lunch here yesterday, and it was honestly just okay. The brown rice was a bit dry, the chow mein didn’t hold much flavor, the orange chicken was SO oily(I could feel my arteries clogging… but then again, it’s my own fault for choosing this), but the beef and broccoli was ok. They didn’t give a lot for the price of the meal. I also couldn’t find chopsticks, which I found out later that we had to ask for them(and soy sauce). I ended up eating with a fork and felt as though I was betraying my culture xD But I guess that already happened the moment I stepped into a Panda Express…

The restaurants was clean, the service fast and friendly, but what really impressed me was a kind act. I wanted broccoli beef and the lady told me they had just had a rush and run out. She said more would be available in 8 min. I didn’t feel like waiting so I picked another item. While I was getting my drink I came back to my table and she had brought me a small container with fresh broccoli beef complimentary. It was not necessary or expected, but very much appreciated. Have always received good service at this Panda Express, and the food is always delicious.

Need to hire more people! This is inside a mall! I had them redo my 4 orders. Took the cook to make more teryake chicken but had to wait 20 minutes, and my order sitting waiting for the chicken sat getting cold.

A couple of rude employees that don’t accommodate customers requests. Last month I wanted to buy white rice only on my plate instead of the regular chicken sides on the plate. They wanted me to pay over 20 dollars for the rice only!!! Isn’t rice chipper than chicken and beef? After a while I gave them another chance, I’m in line after placing my order and I see the same employee(female) having a discussion with a customer as she removed some items from the plate and putting back in the containers at the moment I just walked out and haven’t come back to that place.

I went there for lunch very recently. The food was disgusting and inedible. I took one bite into my orange chicken and spit it out. It was hard, not orange but ½ blackened, and as dry as a rock. The little texture that there was did not resemble chicken. My other dish, the honey walnut shrimp was equally disgusting. It had a hard yellow layer of some kind of substance, resembling a large yellowish caterpillar cocoon, and the remnants of a small dried out shrimp inside of it. Just before I was about to place my order, the lady scraped the bottom of the old fried rice pan and then poured all of the older dried out and burned fried rice on the top of the freshly cooked replacement pan. I used to love going to the Panda Express at the Westside Pavilion many years ago when they first started out. It’s very obvious that they are no longer intent on providing a quality, enjoyable, edible product. I wouldn’t touch their food with a 10′ chop stick ever again. I was very disappointed and angry too. After my two bites, I went to the register and demanded(and received) my money back. I wouldn’t feed that crap to a stray starving dog(maybe a pit bull mix?)! They should be charged with some class of assault with intent to poison crime! It should be –5 stars!!!

Located in the south Bay Pavilion mall at the food court, it’s no wonder this place is packed! It’s delicious and hot! This place has a constant flow if people coming through and staff is quick and the place is clean. Good crew. Definitely coming back, this hit the spot. yum.

Bad customer service. They act like they don’t understand English. And they didn’t add my fortune cookies last time I was there.

I vowed to never go to this establishment again unless I’m starving and it was the only option to get food. Where to begin. First, when I arrived there was hardly anyone in line, but it took us 15 minutes to get our food and leave. There is a strange queuing system they have where you have to wait to pay behind people who are waiting for their food to be cooked. Yes, you read that right. My son’s kids meal got cold while we waited for the cooks to cook fresh egg rolls and teriyaki chicken and the line servers to cut it up. Somehow the cashier got in the mix of serving trays. It was chaotic and illogical. The line continued to grow out the door while the staff struggled to keep up with the demand. I inquired why we had to wait and the server said the cashier had already rung up the customers who had yet to receive their food. This was a poor excuse. Illogical. The 2 stars are for the friendly staff. They need a new, intelligent system.

Had dinner here tonight and I think Panda Express is constant with their food. All tasted fine. Tried the Beijing Beef which was spicy but crispy. The Orange Chicken which is a classic. The noodles are okay, the rice tasted fine as well. Plenty of seating and staff was attentive. You can also sit in the mall area as well. Plenty of parking, music playing is a bit weird at times.

It’s not the best Chinese place to go to, but if you are going to the Carson Mall and craving some Chinese, this is good. I did not like that people in back of me got to pay first, or that I didn’t even get to ask questions about each dish since the lady was just rushing me to order. It also sort of pissed me off that they overcharge for the combo, when I can get more food for less money at a more local Chinese food place. Ugh. and on top of that I was craving a cheese wonton, but those were burnt. Like I am going to spend money on something burnt!!! And she didn’t even ask me if I wanted sides, she just proceeded to let others go in front of me. I guess the only advantage of the long lines is that the broccoli beef and orange chicken is the most fresh since they have to be refilled frequently.

— waiting in line, i’m next, patiently while employee refills the rice tray — customer behind me eyes the fresh rice and begins salivating — customer asks if they could have the fresh rice only and no old rice — employee obliges, fills up their tray with fresh rice, then lets the customer cut in front of me — said customer proceeds to take ten minutes taking their time thinking about what they want for the entrees

Sometimes I feel like chinese food and sometimes I come to this establishment. The food is good. Sometimes it is a little over cooked. The place is always clean compared to other chinese food establishments. The service is friendly. If you need a quick lunch or dinner, this Panda Express is the place for you.

This place was good in the past! But since they serve you like A child then it’s a waste of eating here! One small scoop of rice and a little scoop of a item! Come on panda wake up! We need to eat like champions! Not like kids!

Panda Express never fails for that quick fix Chinese food. Came here on a Sunday afternoon This location is in a strip mall and parking is pretty easy to find in the huge parking lot outside. The lines are long, but I’m not complaining! Longer lines means food is selling and I definitely know my food is made fresh! The food was delicious and standard panda fare. The dining area was clean and tidy too. So overall no complaints and just one happy customer!
