They sell hot dog on a stick like the name implies. Hot and freshly made. The reason why I’am giving them a 2 star is because the staff appears to not have a sense of infection control. After touching my money, the cashier then proceeded(without washing her hand) to transfer someone else’s fries from frier to those serving plates that they have, fries touching her fingers that just handled dirty money. Used to grab a corndog at this store everytime I’m at this mall. Never again.

I always loved this place growing up. The crunchy, sweet batter is oh so bad for you, but oh so yummy. Every blue moon when I go, I get the pepper jack stick. Even the crispy, salty fries are good. Prices are a bit ridiculous for quick fried foods, but the nostalgia of the place is still exciting.

I’m about to SERIOUSLYDATE myself… When I was a kid this place was PRETTYMUCH a staple EVERYSINGLETIME I went to the mall with the mom-n-ator. Why is that you ask? Well if your old enough to remember a store called Casual Corners stores then you will remember that it was a women’s store that sold work clothes for women. I think she almost single handedly kept them in business because she got ALL her work clothes from there, accessories, coats, and such! I on the other hand HATED that store. She would always say we WOULDN’T be there long. I think her FAVORITE phrase was, «Just let me look around for a few minutes». That ALWAYS turned into her FINDINGSEVERAL something’s and me having to WAIT while she tried them on. Enter in HOTDOGON A STICK. This was my consolation prize. I would get $ 2.00 and she would let me walk next door to HOTDOGON A STICK and buy a ruff-ruff and a lemonade. Yes folks…$ 2.00. And if you bought them TOGETHER as a combo then you saved $.50. So it all came to a WHOPPINGTOTAL of $ 1.50! I was HAPPY as a CLAM, and NOT whining or begging her to go home and she could shop as long as she wanted and DID! In junior high and high school I remember the boys all standing in front of the store to watch to girls make the lemonade BYHAND wearing the little shorts and those tops that ONLY brought attention to «The Girls» as they would jump up and down while they smashed the REALLEMONS into YUMMYDELICIOUS made right in front of your eyes LITTERLY lemonade. I remember vowing to NEVER work here and be ogled and visually undressed by boys and men. Well this place is STILL going strong. I can’t remember the last time I had one of theses ruff-ruffsf but it been SEVERALYEARS! So much so the first thing I noticed as I walked up and checked out the menu was that there are WAAAYYYMORE choices other then a ruff-ruff, a cheese ruff-ruff, lemonade and cherry lemonade! I even remember when the cherry lemonade came out! It was SOOOEXCITING! Now the menu has all the above mentioned plus, bottled water, LIME-ade, French fries, chicken fingers, funnel cake sticks, hot dog on a BUN, FROZEN lemonade, LITE lemonade, you can do party packs, and the ruff-ruffs are either turkey, veggie(soy), or a NATHAN ruff-ruff…OMG! SOOMANYCHOICES! I was ALMOST confused at what to get but I stuck with my OLDFAITHFUL and got the TURKEY hot doggie on a stick and a cherry lemonade. It was ready in the same amount of time and I squirted ketchup and mustard in my little container grabbed my drink and went to sit and eat. It tasted the SAME as far as I could tell but I will say it was slightly DIFFERENT and I have to contribute that to my taste buds. They have matured and so have I so of course it would be slightly different! My cheery lemonade didn’t taste like it had been pummeled by hand so I figured it is probably some powered or liquid flavored lemonade now! That was a bit disappointing, but its lemonade so it was STILLGOOD! This place REALLY brought back so fond memories of my child hood; I felt like a little kid again eating my hot doggie on a stick. I’m REALLY glad this place has stood the test of time and is still around for kids to enjoy today.

Convenient comfort food. My favorite would have to be the Cheese Dogs on a stick. The salty and sweetness of the cornbread creates a colossus of flavor.(Smiles) maybe I’m just into food but hey, you have to live to eat! Oh and let’s not take
