This Starbucks did an awesome job with my drink they were fast and on the spot getting my drink exact and that’s hard to do because I’m kind of picky the line moves really quick which was impressive because I’ve sat at a lot of Starbucks for 15 minutes in the drive-through. That doesn’t make me happy when I’m paying six dollars for a drink they worked really hard to get the line moving and get the drink correct I think that deserves five stars.

They seemed a little frazzled. Gave me a house coffee when I paid for a caramel macchiato. Bummer cause those are expensive!!!

Yesterday I went to Starbucks through drive thru and ordered my fav frap, but when I went to pay I discovered I had forgotten my phone(I’ve my Starbucks apps to pay). Then I told the barista that I’ll be back and she said don’t worry about it, is on the house. And I told let me pay with my card but she and 2 other girls insisted me to take it for free. That is what I called excellent customer service, and plus they are a big company and they keep & make sure all the time about their services. That’s why I love this Starbucks because they are always nice, friendly, good attitude. Excellent. So thank you for the 3 ladies for my free frap. Ps: even a day before I drove with my 2dogs and the barista gave them 2 cups of puppuccino.

Best Gingerbread latte I’ve ever had. Except that it was cold. Thankfully I can microwave it and it’s good but seriously? My drive from Starbucks to work is maybe 2 minutes.

Pretty good Beacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich $ 3 – 4 bucks can’t beat that. It’s a good pick me up. This is not a very big sandwich, the portion is just right.

Been here several times around lunch time and found the service not as great as other locations. Not to say its bad just not on the level of other locations(Williams St or Topsy Lane). The good about this location is it is tucked away and tends to be a little quieter, relaxed atmosphere. They have nice couches and lots of tables, also a nice patio. This is the location to go to when you want to read with less distractions.

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We ordered two drinks today. Iced coffee without sweetener and soy latte. What did we receive? Sweetened coffee and whole milk latte. If the gal working the drive thru was apologetic or even just nice, the mistake would have easily been overlooked. Instead, we were given eye rolls and«are you sure?». I had to park car and go inside once I noticed the second error with our drinks. Even the barista was doubtful she could’ve made a mistake. I think it’s about time Taylor looks for another job. So rude!!!

Pretty busy in here both times I went in but they were moving people through pretty quickly! The drinks were classic Starbucks and didn’t disappoint! :)

The North Carson store is my favorite Starbucks. The morning crew has been there for a long time. They are friendly and efficient. Christy, the manager, is pleasant and professional. Also a great place to bring the laptop and study.

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. Its good coffee and its consistent. That’s why I go there(along with the fact that I just like their coffee). This is one of the better Starbucks – friendly employees and good customer service. This place almost never gets my order wrong and if they do, its fixed right away and without question. I’ve dealt with the manager on occasion and she’s never been anything but pleasant to me and I’ve never seen her be mean to any of the employees, and I am in there all the time. A solid 4 star experience!

Starbucks is always the same wherever you go. which is good. However the manager at this one is mean and chases away her customers. I am talking about Kristi. I really like so many of the employees there, they keep us coming back… but when is Starbucks going to get rid of this manager who is rude to her staff infront of customer and then is rude to customers?

Not a huge fan of S-Bucks for their coffee… but the milkshakes… err frapuccinos are a nice treat ever so often. This location has a drive through… a mommy’s dream! No having to unpack the little one and all her«gear.»

It’s hard to comment on Starbucks. Either you love it or hate it. One cannot argue with the fact that Starbucks brand, décor and in-store cross-promotions have set a standard for coffee shops, and so many people can relate to the ‘third place’ ideology that Starbucks help institute, but what about the side of Starbucks that is corporate, homogenizing, and McDonaldized? If you end up buying Ethos water, as I have many times, you may wish to check out this Web site: Turns out that you may not be helping children from third world countries who are in need of water. The new Pikes Place blend is quite good, and is clearly a reaction to the market threats of McDonalds and Dunkin’ Donuts who have tried to break into the Starbucks coffee market.
