Jimmy John’s

The employees wear gloves to protect the food. However they pick up everything in the kitchen, wipe the gloves on their aprons, put the gloves back in your food without a second thought. When I told him I didn’t want the sandwich because the gentleman handled three different things and then ran his gloves all through the tuna fish sandwich to spread the tuna out rather than using a utensil, he looked baffled that I didn’t want to eat that. The manager who had been slicing lettuce barehanded, answering the phone and then doing cash register without washing, was also confused that I wanted my money back. Gloves are there to protect food, not to keep employees from having to wash their hands.

Work in the ER at Baylor Carrollton right next door to this Jimmy Johns. Couldn’t take a lunch and Jimmy Johns delivered to me in 5 minutes. Literally. Will always order from here.

I like this jimmy johns because they make your sub really fast and it tastes good. the subs are decently priced. They also do delivery and you can order on your phone or computer.

I live 3.1 miles away. In a new subdivision. And just because I’m not loaded into their system, I’m in a «dead zone.» That is totally made up.

The way a sub should be made. Ingredients sliced fresh daily, down the the meat and cheese.

This jimmy johns works hard to provide great customer service and produces fresh, fast, consistent and quality sandwiches. I have been eating here since the day of opening and the store has only improved in quality of service and food. Not only do they guarantee a customer leaves happy and satisfied, every time someone walks through the door, either out or in, they are greeted or dismissed with a smile and a comical environment. If you are looking for a happy, quality and family environment, this Jimmy John’s is not only the place to go, it’s the place to keep going to.

This is without a doubt the WORST Jimmy John’s I have been to… When I visited this store for the first time, it was after their lunch service, and it was slow. I walked in and while I was looking at the menu, a young looking Sean Penn in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, asked what I wanted… I mentioned one of the sandwiches. and then he says, «That will be …», whatever the price was. I mentioned that I wanted to order a drink and some chips, and to get it to go… He showed me where the drinks were… I walk down and get the drinks… I asked another employee where the chips were. he told me to go back to the front where I placed I placed my original order…
Now, I have been to other Jimmy John’s, but this was the worst… Instead of asking if I wanted anything else, a cookie, have the order to go or to eat here, let me know where the chips were (they were partially hidden)…The layout was different compared to others.
It gets worse… A few days later, this employee and another one came to my place of work and offered us free sandwiches and told us they delivered (we are located on Hebron Parkway too, by Old Denton Tap Road)…We declined because we just ate…
On Saturday, Oct 19, 2013 we had a Mathnasium Trimathlon at our location and needed to order about 6 Jimmy John Sandwiches, chips and drinks… Guess what??? They told my boss that they «don’t deliver» to our business location, even though two employees had just been to our location and said they did… My boss had to drive there and pick up the sandwiches, etc…
Terrible customer service… Please go to another location but not this one…

Always fresh, fast, and delicious! This location has a small patio and is perfect for. The staff has always been friendly, I’ve witnessed their kindness first hand when there were several guests in wheel chairs who were initially sitting outside but when the wind became too much he helped all 4 of them get settled at a table inside the restaurant. I thought it was pretty awesome customer service!
What more can I say, oh my favorite used to be the turkey tom but now it’s the beach club #12. yum so good! No complaints here.
