Door to Door Storage & Moving

i moved to dallas from california and decided to use door to door since i was not moving any furniture. basically, you load it yourself, they pick it up and deliver it to your new location and you unload it. you have to option of storing it if you are not ready to have it delivered. Storage options are really cheap and pick up and delivery are included in your initial price. LOVED the fact that there were no hidden fees and what they ask you to pay in the beginning is what you pay in the end. I have dealt with many moving companies where once they arrive at my new location, the price that had originally been quoted is now doubled. not the case with door to door! My delivery was unfortunately delayed two days (understandable really since it was coming all the way from California) and to make up for the delay Door to Door told me to cancel my movers that I had hired to unload and they would come unload it themselves! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Two guys came out on a Saturday and they even had it delivered that Saturday and picked it up the same day so it wouldn’t have to sit there. I don’t think they even normally deliver on Saturdays but they were totally willing to go the extra mile to make up for the delay in delivery. They completed unloaded my container into my upstairs apartment and were just the nicest people. They really helped my move go as smoothly as possible and I will definitely use them in the future! So affordable and the customer service cannot be beat! Thank you Door to Door!
