Miguel was awesome! I just recently became single and had loaded a truck up with boxes by myself and he helped me unload them so it wouldn’t take me forever! Thank you for the kindness!

Great price and right off I35 by downtown Carrollton. Doesn’t have cameras or individual storage unit security but a good gate. For the price it’s great. $ 102 after taxes and insurance on a 10X20. :)

I needed to find a place to store my «extra vehicle» for a few months while I was out of town for work.
I checked online and found this location, which was reasonably close to DFW, for when I fly back into town, a quick cab ride to PS… and I have my car.
Kristen, the on site manager, was VERY helpful in setting me up with her only remaining 10×20 unit. The problem was, the unit was a bit of a TIGHT squeeze to get into/​out of with my minivan. I was hoping it would be just a straight drive into or back out of location for the unit.
So instead of saying «sorry, we can’t help you», Kristen got on the phone and called all the other local Public Storage facilities. She found one which had plenty of 10×20’s and while it was a bit more money, it was VERY easy to drive into/​out of the unit, thus saving me money by not having to worry about damaging my car when moving into or out of the unit.
While she didn’t get the business, she did KEEP the business for Public Storage.
