I have never dealt with a business with more disdain for their customers! I called ahead when dropping my car off to let them know I was running late and I’d be arriving close to closing time. I arrived before closing time, however rather than wait, they had closed early and left. I filled out the drop off form, overlooking its terrible grammatical errors, and left my keys in the box. This was followed my a snarky phone call the following morning where they were put off that I asked for an estimate. They told me previously the insurance estimate was high, but I guess they assumed that extra cash was theirs. They emailed a new estimate. Having performed work on my car myself, I noted some of the labor was high but it wasn’t worth arguing over. I told them I was happy to pay more for a quality job and that they could proceed. Their response was a passive aggressive email insinuating I was a liar, I didn’t know what I was talking about, and my car was nothing special. I rescued my car the next day. If they were the best repair shop in earth I wouldn’t want to do business with them. The next repair shop quoted the same work for less money with reasonable labor hours.
