Ms. Sakic, It upsets me that after reaching out to you, as per your response by multiple calls, emails, pictures, and visits to the store that you chose to contact me first through social media. You want to discuss and clarify the situation. The solution is very simple. As a consumer, I would rather you respond to my correspondence prior to responding to social media. We got a new mattress & foundation from here a few months ago. The price was good for a memory foam set. Delivery/set up was good & they took away our old set. After 4 months we haven’t had any problems. Staff is friendly & helpful without smothering you. A good place to find some decorating ideas, such as the coffee table that rises so you can use as a work station or for eating. Many items are more than I’d prefer to pay but nice to look at.
