Nice and refreshing and made fresh. It has the right touch of cinnamon and although I’m not much of a whip cream fan, it was perfect with the apple fries. If you’re going to Legoland, bookmark this and make sure you try it; it’s right next to the big wooden play structure(there is a chocolate dip Churro stand a bit further down I would skip)

Awesome! Freshly made granny smith apples fried with cinnamon sugar coating, then you dip them in whipped cream. Must get these when you’re at Legoland!

Holy cow those fries are divine! I’ve never had anything like this so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was definitely impressed. They were served warm and somewhat crispy with cinnamon, sugar and a vanilla whip cream dip. Even though I had people to share with I ended up eating the whole thing myself! Good thing they were able to sell us plenty more!

Fresh yummy apples that are fried covered in cinnamon, sugar and whipping cream as dipping sauce… Yes please!!! It was so good. Just the right amount of tartness from the apple and balanced with the sweetness of the sugar and cinnamon. Plus it was warm. Then dipped in cold whipping cream. Got it as a quick treat and that is how is was… quick. Our family gobbled it up super fast!

Always have to stop by to order one of these each time i go to legoland. Yes, they are actually batter fried apples. So in a way it’s a tad bit healthier than regular fries but then again, the delicious whipped cream pretty throw the healthy“er” out the door. Don’t know what it is(think they added vanilla or something” in their whipped cream but I can’t never get enough of it. It literally works sooo well with the tartness of the apples! My husband doesn’t care for whipped cream but he will ask to buy another one and literally clean out the rest of the whipped cream with his fingers! So there you go. A bit costly @ about $ 5.50 but not too bad for something different to try«and so yummy» and coming from an amusement park. Tip: if you have an annual pass you will get 20% off at most eateries in the park. So comes out to about $ 4.60? with proof of annual pass. Line is pretty short but worth the wait. Best part is it’s right next to the kids jungle gym area so I usually get it while letting the kids run off then sit down, relax and enjoy it while the kids are at play. Do have to minus a star as it may be inconsistent where they give u less at times and how the apples may be clumped up together in a ball. Not appealing and not what I paid for. So if your eating it by yourself, not a biggie though.

My mom was raving about this place so I had to give it a go! Lol. I have to admit, it was good but not to die for! I guess I’m going to take take away one star for the«Vanilla sauce» they claim to give you on the side– no no it’s just whipped cream. Nothing special. The apple fries itself were delicious, a perfect balance of sweet from the cinnamon sugar and tart from the Granny Smith apples.

Granny’s is a place you’ll find out about rather quickly despite the fact that the little eatery is tucked away deep inside the park. It’s location is marked, rather boldly, on the park map, planting the seed in your head early on that Granny’s is a place you should check out. Although it’s not close to the entrance, the little shop isn’t hard to find, located in the medieval area, next to the giant playground. On an average day, you can also find it by looking for the long lines. Granny’s dual-windowed stand is typically crowded by people waiting to order a snack. I’ve got to admit, the Apple fries for which the place is famous, are pretty tasty, but nothing I’d go out of my way to purchase again. They are served hot, with a light, crispy layer of cinnamon on the outside. The fries strike a decent balance of sweetness and tart, which is probably the best thing about them. The vanilla cream you dip them in is also pretty good, but not as amazing as it sounds. Like most places throughout the park, you can buy the giant rice crispy treats here, and I highly recommend it. We actually like these better than the apple fries. The treats are large and brick-like in appearance, soft and chewy, with a sweet, light, buttery taste. Granny’s is also a great place to take advantage of the .99 refills on your souvenir cup. If you’re hungry for a little snack while you’re at Legoland, you might as well give this place a try, it’s not bad!

There goes the diet! OMG Really? A wonderful warm apple pie delight with every bite. These Apple Fries are must when you walk in to this park. Do it first thing so you avoid long lines! When you get home like me, you’re going to want to make your own to share! Yes, they’re that good!

If it were for the apple fries by themselves, I would be giving this place a 5-star review. Unfortunately, the employees running the place are incredibly slow. There is always a line because of its popularity but as you watch the people behind the counter, they’re chatting with each other and moving as if underwater. The MINDBLOWING thing is that they only sell the apple fries and sodas. THATSIT. There were 4 employees working this kiosk and it took about 15 minutes to get my hands on these things. And it wasn’t just me who was thinking this. Everyone in line was commenting. «What’s going on in there?» «There must be a more efficient way to do that job.» «They only sell one thing, shouldn’t there be one person manning the apple fries and one person manning the cash register?» I feel like it’s always the simple things that upset me the most. If this were a tough job, I could understand it taking a long time. But it’s not a tough job. Legoland– read this and do something about it please?

These were so awesome. They are basically apple french fries with cinnamon sugar on top. They are very light and wonderful with the whipped topping. And a great price for a theme park at only $ 5.45. I would recommend this to everyone visiting Legoland and to anyone who is a vendor at a county/state fair.

Disneyland has its churros. Legoland has its apple fries. Simple as that. The apple fries almost tastes like a fruity rendition of the classic churro, with the addition of the light and airy vanilla whipped cream. Those two things pair really well, and was addictingly good. But be forewarned, it can get messy, so make sure to have some handy wipes ready.

Granny Smith apple cut up like french fries, covered in sugar & cinnamon, with vanilla whipped cream. It’s very tasty BUT the 2 lines are forever long and takes forever long to reach the counter. We waited 45 minutes! It was good to taste it but not sure it was worth it… Could have spent the time more wisely at the park.

Yummy in the tummy. Sliced apples battered and fried, dusted with cinnamon sugar, served with a dollop of whipped cream. Our little family of 3 quickly ate up 2 orders of these things. The apples are quite good on their own, but the whipped cream added a bit more indulgence. Served piping hot, with some hot cocoa or coffee and this is the perfect treat on a brisk evening! Located near the back of the park in the Castle area and worth the trek.

They were pretty delicious although not as amazballs as everyone seems to think they are. Perhaps it was because ours had been sitting up a heat lamp for 5 hours. Im sure they are better when fresh. They had like 800 pounds of these things made up so maybe they could take it down a notch on the over production in the backroom and serve up some hot and fresh fries! :)

I know EVERYBODY loves this stuff but I thought it was OK. The whipped cream was what did it for me — I could’ve had just that and been fine with the whole experience. I don’t know if we’d get it again but I know it’s a popular item. You should try it at least once!

One of the reasons why I go to Legoland is for Granny’s Apple Fries. I’ve been eating this delicacy since I first started going there as a kid. The fries are deliciously sweet and tangy, and are paired perfectly with the cream whip it comes with. The only drawback for me is the price. I can eat like ten of these without complaint or tummy aches! These are TOO good. May take a long walk to reach this heavenly hideout(located in the Kingdom/King’s Court area) Can’t wait to go back!

Yep. These were yummy! Just try them. Fried apple fun with vanilla whipped cream… what’s not to enjoy?(Don’t over inflate your expecations, though… it’s a yummy snack, good, but not life-changing.) and be ready to break out the wet wipes to clean up the sugar/cinnamon fingers :) Located near the Castle and Hideaway.

Legoland restaurant These Apple Fries are just as good as the reviews! We ended up getting them both days because they were so friggin’ delicious. I mean healthy … they were very healthy! Peeled and fried apple fries served with vanilla whipped cream. We were supposed to be sharing with the kids, but somehow the adults devoured more than their fair share! I guess that’s one of the benefits of being an adult! Aunt Kris is a growing girl! Although at this point I’m growing sideways instead of up! PS — get these, they’re good!

A mix of sour and sweet with a crispy fried stick topped with some vanilla whipped cream. i think what i am most impressed about these special Apple Fries were the whipped cream not sure if it was the vanilla or what but i loved it. By the way did i mentioned I’m not a fan of whipped cream ? aside from the the fries sticks being little clumps baby fries i think its def worth a try!
