The sandwiches did not impress. Fast casual sandwich joint at Legoland. The positive: I love the outdoor seating area. That was it! Lmao! Here’s the rundown: The Smoke Brisket — «slow smoked brisket, Gouda & cheddar cheese panini» This was a total fail for me. The bread was super hard. The briskets were sliced thin, but lacked any smoke flavor. The cheeses melted on my sandwich at least(see tuna melt below). The sandwich as a whole was very dry. It needed some BBQ sauce, anything. Not good. Pass on this one. The Hot Melt — «Tuna melt Panini» first of, this is not a tuna melt. It’s a tuna salad sandwich with a slice of cheese in it. The cheese was not melted. Look at the picture I took. If you zoom in, you can still see the slice of cheese, sans melting. The bread was hard, the tuna was okay. My wife didn’t finish it, even though she was hungry. Grilled Cheese(kid’s meal) Thank God they didn’t butcher this one. Lol. The sandwiches came with potato chips and dill pickle spears. Service was fast food friendly. After placing your order, you’ll get a number and they’ll deliver the food to your table. Price — amusement park pricing. The sandwiches looked so promising when we were outside looking at the menu, but what we got were very disappointing.

This place was excellent. We ordered the caprese sandwich and the tuna melt. They were both excellent. I will definitely be back here! The ambience and view are also quite lovely. This is a great place to come, satisfying both kid and adult tastes.

The baguette sandwiches were quite good and if you sit outside, you get a lovely view of the park and water(lake?). It’s a nice relaxing place to have a meal and the food is decent.

I know that it’s almost impossible to find good value for meals in a captive audience setting like an amusement park. Nevertheless, I want to share my experience. Located near the top of the Star Wars walk and the middle of the park, the Garden Restaurant seemed to offer more promise than other in-park food choices. There was a place to sit down, a decent view and some potentially fresh(er) choices. Nothing deep-fried. There were at least two entrée-sized salads in the $ 10 range, but I wanted something more substantial. I ordered the caprese sandwich. I was expecting nice tomato and mozzarella slices, some olive oil and a couple of basil leaves. Instead, I got a hot pesto sandwich with a couple of tomato slices. The bread seemed to be wheat or whole grain, but it was probably stale, then given the panini press treatment, which turned it rock hard. Served with a pickle slice and a small pile of small greasy chip pieces, it was all a bit disappointing for $ 8.75. Iced Tea at $ 2.75(no refills!) added insult to injury. At $ 8.25, the kids meals seemed fairly expensive, but they included a large milk, a full size bag of Baked Lays and some raisins, but again, it’s the sandwich where they stumbled. My son’s turkey was just that, turkey. No cheese, no veg. My wife asked why the cut edge of the bread was crispy. I could only conclude that it was pre-made, many hours before. While it all reminded me of airport terminal situation. I’m sure that there are other amusement parks that rip you off even more. The view and setting were nice. If you win the combat seating lottery and get a table with an umbrella and a wipe-down, it can be pleasant. It’s probably one of the healthier options for a kid’s lunch in the park, but adults should plan on having a salad or just eating somewhere else.

Legoland restaurant Although the menu sounded really good — delicious melty paninis, the results were less than impressive. My sister-in-law’s «tuna melt» was a tuna sandwich. The irony was that there was an actual tuna sandwich on the menu and she paid an extra $.75 for the tuna melt which was not melty. My Ham and Gouda panini was a cold ham and cheese sandwich — no melty cheese! I think they pre-grill the bread with grill marks and then assemble the sandwiches. Paninis come with potato chips and a pickle. On the positive side, they have very affordable kids meals.(By theme park standards) The kids meals come in a Legoland bag with their choice of grilled cheese or peanut butter/jelly sandwich, raisins, baked Lays and a drink(like chocolate milk) We ate lunch early(11:30 am) so we easily got a table and then watched the place fill up around 12. My advice, eat early to avoid the rush!

$ 50 will get you 2 «Caesar» salads(romaine, croutons, 4 slices of chicken, some parmesan, and a packet of dressing) and two kids meals(grilled cheese, chips, drink). They don’t check backpacks on the way in so bring in your own food in a small cooler… Absolutely NO seating was available(they don’t have enough)… you can walk over to the pirateville place(whatever its called) and there are some small terraces that are pretty nice to sit at.

Happy that Legoland has a «healthy» eatery to choose from… but I wasn’t overly impressed by the meal. Ordered the grilled cheese for my daughter and the Thai panini for myself. Wish the panini had actually been warmer… it was just ok. Finding seating can be a bit of madness, many larger parties put together their tables and lounged… eat and move on people!

Not bad. They try to be a little too snobish for my liking. I was looking for a bigger plate for breakfast /lunch. Not too impressed. Pricey too.

One of the better choices in LEGOLAND(not SeaWorld as the previous reviewer says). I didn’t like the one we went to last year during our visit by the VOLVO Driving rides as it was too confusing, this one is pretty easy to figure out and order. As said, if offers sandwiches and salads, but only specific choices. I think there are three different sandwiches and two paninis and two or three salads, plus a couple kid’s choices.

This restaurant is in the Pirate Shores area in SeaWorld. Offers organic choices, sandwiches, paninis and baked chip options.
