Seriously the best beer in town! Love going to RFBC after a long day of work and relaxing with some friends. They have live music most Fridays and loads of creative events throughout the week. You can order food from the restaurant SILO next door and have it delivered to the brewery too. Really can’t say enough good things about RFBC… where everybody knows your name. TWOTHUMBSUP!

The beers are delicious with a good variety. I wish their happy hour was not over during normal working hours it’s only from 4 – 5. But it’s a lovely place to hang out and relax and meet cool local people!

After a great day snowboarding in Aspen, Unilocal guided us to this incredible small scale hometown brewery in Carbondale. We were immediately greeted by Dodge upon arriving who proceeded to delight us with a flight of all beers on tap. The stout, AMF amber and snakebite were incredible. Everything about Roaring Fork is done with care and authenticity. If you’re looking for quality beer in a welcoming setting go to RF. A quick shoutout to Silo for the excellent sweet potato breakfast burrito(at 5PM) with delivery. So delicious!

We liked Roaring Fork’s beer that was served at a local restaurant and we also bought a 4 pack of cans at the liquor store, so we decided to check out their tasting room in Carbondale. The bartender was helpful and gave us some free tastes. We stayed for a couple beers and bought a bomber to give a friend who can’t get this beer in his area of Colorado. You need to park in the small lot when you pull in the driveway and then it’s a short walk to the brewery. They don’t have any food to buy, but there’s a restaurant a couple doors down where you can order food.

Stopped by to sample their beer. The small setting with virtually no parking set the stage. The Shandy I tried was literally one beer mixed with lemonade. I can say, I have never seen that, and not sure if I want to. The staff was friendly, but the space desperately needs to be air conditioned.

Nice place and good beer. I absolutely LOVED the trippel! Not overpriced and has a comfortable, at home feel too it. We played a few rounds of checkers and learned a few things about the local brewing world.

The wife and I stopped by here on our way from Colorado Springs to Aspend and were certainly glad that we did. The beers are tasty and the staff was friendly. They do allow leashes dogs on the patio and even provided water for our cocker spaniel. They do sell several variants of glassware, including a «beer can» style that we opted for. If you’re near Carbondale, swing on by!

I was thrilled to hear they were opening up a new brewery in Carbondale, since CBW was the usual(and only) spot. The beers are great, staff is SUPER friendly, and they’ve got a cool outside back«patio»(few chairs, mainly standing room and tables to rest your drink on.) It has a nice«hip» factor without actually sacrificing the quality of their beer.(You know how some breweries spend all the focus/money on just creating the ‘coolest spot to be seen at’ and in turn produce lackluster beer?) Roaring Fork Beer Company does not. Their beers seemed pretty sessionable at first so if I wanted something more robust I tended to stick with Carbondale Beer Works. But that Hoppa Road IPA they just came out with? Yes. You can go here by yourself and probably strike up a conversation with anyone. I’ve never had to wait long to be served– the staff actually pays attention to you here!

In town for the holiday weekend, had to stop and see our friends Chase, Aly and Jerod. Wonderful beer, amazing brewers, great service and friendly people all around. Having a «First Friday» event and 4th of July party. Bands, food trucks… All sorts of fun! Try the Freestone(Extra Pale Ale) or the Slaughterhouse Lager(even have it in can to take with you). They had just tapped their Double IPA«Hoppa Road»… Absolutely amazing beer, best I’ve had in a while.
