Safe At Home Senior Care

My only reason for giving a rating lower than 5 stars is that we had a rough beginning with Safe at Home. The first caregiver we were sent was inexperienced, and made a couple of big mistakes. All this happened while Ryan Colligan, the Director, was out of the country. Upon his return, he was appalled and very apologetic (as were the other staff members we talked with): «This is not the kind of service we provide.» Safe at Home takes its Diamond Certification very seriously; and Ryan has gone above and beyond what could be expected to correct the initial mistakes. We now have an exceptional caregiver, and are very grateful to Ryan!

Safe At Home Senior Care helped my family though a medical crisis with my grandmother. The caregivers my grandmother worked with were dependable, hardworking, friendly and most of all caring. We were very happy with the services that were provided and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Without hesitation I recommend Safe at Home – they really put us at ease in a time when we had no idea of how we were going to structure home care. As a former client of Safe at Home, I wanted to write a Unilocal review because of the wonderful care that my relative (grandmother) received and the positive experience I had in entrusting them to be there and aid in my grandmothers recovery after she had a fall injury. Her experience with the caregivers was extremely positive and we were very grateful for Safe at Home’s business, care and compassion.

This is a wonderful company whose business has always been customer oriented. The caregivers from this company are motivated loyal and hard-​working members of society. Friendly and helpful initial conversation, professional home interview, warm and striving caregivers! There is also a backup plan if the need arises. The helpful courtesy call or email each month confirms the dates and times. This organization is dependable!
