Took my son for lunch. Went threw the drive threw. Service was quickly and friendly. Sadly the fries were not cooked all of the way, and my son’s chicken pieces were over cooked. So we both just ate my, sandwich. $ 10 spent on a chicken sandwich and a drink. 3 stars for quick service but not for food

Good good. We don’t usually dine inside but on this occassion we did. We were pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and cleanliness. Our table even had a rose on it. There are play tubes. They have little purell wipes and even dinner mints. The chicken is always perfect and their oil must be clean because the breading isn’t dark. Overall great experience. The only fast food we eat.

We love chick-fil-a, we go to the belden village location weekly. The only problem we’ve ever had is the employees take up 1 booth each when they go on break. Of course they deserve a break, we entered the store tues at 9:21 am, 4 booths were already taken just by employees, so my husband and i sat on the«kids» side, not what we will do again!

Stopped today for some breakfast and a coffee that was supposed to be free in February. It was 20 minutes before the switch over for lunch and they only had 2 biscuits left and no hash browns. They kept trying to offer me lunch items. I politely declined and got 2 chicken biscuits and the coffee. As I was pulling away I noticed they charged me for the coffee too. I am kinda disappointed in this location, but Chick-Fil-A still rocks.

I really like chick Fil a But I don’t like the games — I’m pretty upset with the games — «Free Coffee February» — why play games — I wanted a small decaf and she ring up $ 1.69 — I thought February was free

Let’s face it, we all know what kind of food Chick-Fil-A offers. It’s some of the best you can get at a fast food chain. What sets each location apart is service and this place exceeds expectations. Hands down, management has trained the staff well here and it shows from the ordering process to the cleanliness to the simple task of refilling drinks. This is a solid place for a quick, inexpensive bite.

We frequent this Chick-fil-A a few times a month. My wife has corn and gluten allergies and they are very accommodating. They have a non seasoned grilled nugget that they make for her with pepper jack cheese over top of it. We take our 4 kids and it’s very family friendly.

Grilled chicken sandwich was the juiciest chicken sandwich I’ve EVER had in my life. This tops many fine dining establishments I’ve been too and gotten chicken at. Woah! Is this typical for this chain, I’m not sure, it’s my first time to eat here. I’ll be trying my local one when I get back home.

Was driving from NC to OH today and stopped here for some grub. This place cooks their sandwiches different than any other Chick Fil A I’ve been to. The sandwich is so juicy, I’ve never had one like this back at home. Great place, clean as always, and great customer service.

I will always prefer their chicken nuggets over anything, and their waffle fries can’t be beat. An Ice Dream is perfect for a hot day and the customer service at this location couldn’t be better.

Fast and excellent service. Food was delicious and didn’t take long to get despite being here on Tuesday(free kids meals with adult meal).

The food is way overpriced for what you get. A chicken sandwich for $ 7? Really? And the ice cream was horrible. The texture was just enough to hold it together, but once you bite into it the whole thing collapses like you just poured milk in your mouth and all over your shirt. And I hear they’re a real Christian fast food place. I guess god must support overpriced chicken joints. He must need your money pretty bad to support a place like this. Don’t waste your money.

Went to Chick-fil-A for lunch — WOW — they were busy! Finally got up to the counter & I order a 3-piece Chicken Strip & a Small Fruit Cup. The cashier rings up a Medium Fruit Cup — So I say ‘No, I ordered a Small Fruit Cup’. Deloris(my cashier according to the receipt) replies ‘The Small Cup is what we put in the kid’s meal — when people order it as a side we sell the Medium.’ Then she shows me a sample of each size. I again reiterate that I want a Small Fruit Cup. So they list a Small Fruit Cup on the side menu — but if you order it they assume you really want the Medium & that’s what they charge you for. Sneaky way to get you to buy a larger portion — Kind of underhanded for a place that pipes endless Christian Rock thru their sound systems!
