I’ve been here several times and have never had a problem. Some eye candy behind the counter too. The food is good. Long lines never seem to phase them and they aren’t stingy with their helpings. The only complaint I have is the dining are is freeeeezing.

Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had… extremely disappointed! I mean come on, 1 hard working gal running the whole burrito assembly by herself while 3, yes 3, slobs tell big stories(apparently, according to the hand motions) while looking condescendingly at the looong line… as if somehow we were to blame. I’m a firm believer in chipotle but must admit that this location definitely needs to step it up. I was to embarrassed to even check in here… Gonna stick with my alliance store.

The slowest service ever !! Do not even try to eat here during the lunch hour. Try the Chipotle in Green, OH their staff is much faster and also friendlier.

Food was alright but that’s only half the product they deliver. The customer service was slow. I understand the busier you are the longer it will take but when you are only in a line of 5 people there shouldn’t be a 15 minute wait. There were at least 6 people behind the counter and until the line grew to about 20 people did more than one actually make orders. Two stars due to the lack of urgency by the staff at this location.

Well, tonight was interesting. Came in just a little after 9:00. Had an online order, which I was early for. I paid cash for my $ 7.20 bill. Initially, I hand the cashier a $ 20 bill, then say«hey wait, I have a quarter too(didn’t really want $.80 back.) his response was«I’m sorry, it’s already been sent through.» …WHAT?! Are you not training people to understand simple arithmetic? So, I reply to this young fellow by asking him if he can’t do it in his head. No immediate response, not sure if he knows what to do. I tell him the wrong amount of change to see if he’s paying attention. He’s not. Then I tell him the correct amount of change he owes me $ 13.05. He slowly agrees with me. Also, check out the picture I posted of the mess surrounding the garbage can. I might need to get my burritos elsewhere. Hope the drawers haven’t been too short lately!

Lines are usually long but it moves decent. Out of 3 Chipotle’s near us we go to this one the most for convenience. But when the kids are with us it’s hard to find a seat.(Patio area is nice weather permitting)

The service here has progressively gotten worse over the years. I remember when chipotle opened and the line was adequately staffed and the portions were enormous. Anymore, there are 2 – 3 workers on the line during a busy Friday night while the line extends to the door and beyond. I don’t even mind that the portions are smaller! There are many times where I will crave the food but when I see the super long lines, I can’t bring myself to wait 30 minutes for a burrito. I haven’t fully boycotted chipotle, but every time I go in, it seems like the wait gets longer while the staff shrinks. For a company that is so widespread and pulls in as much business as they do, there is no reason that service should be so slow. If anything, the service has led to a dramatic decrease in my chipotle consumption, and that’s too bad for them and for me.

I go out of my way to not go to this particular chipotle. They are terrible(when it comes to getting people through the line) there are a few workers that are insanely friendly and that’s the only reason I gave them the extra star. Their meats are always dry and burnt and they give you VERYSMALL portions. I always ask for extra rice and they throw the smallest amount of rice in the bowl(as my extra) it’s very annoying. Then it takes a VERY long time to get through the line. My boss won’t allow us to stop here for lunch anymore because it takes so long.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. Normally there is fun music playing, a busy staff who are always attentive to who is in line, moving things along and making delicious food. This poorly-managed staff was lazy, negligent and rude when I went in today at 4:00pm. First, they were out of rice and the customer in front of me waited 5 minutes while they finished mixing the new white lime rice together. That’s fine, standard procedure. But the employee attending the rice was barely apologetic, and didn’t even look at me or ask what I was ordering, even though at first there were only two of us in the line. The rice-maker employee then asked the rice-attender employee to make him a rice bowl for his own meal, again not asking me what my order was. 5 – 8 more minutes later, the customer in front of me got her order(the other assembly-line employee took 3 minutes picking the onions out of her grilled peppers and onions) and I initiated my order request after waiting for about 10 minutes and not being spoke to. The line behind me now had about 15 customers, since the staff was so slow. When I got to the register to but my simple order of guacamole and corn tortillas, the cashier left and started joking with her friend around the corner, without even saying hello or «I’ll be there in a second». Nada. When she walked over near the register again, I asked if could pay, and added that I had been waiting for 10 minutes. The cashier’s response was a sarcastic, «Oh yeah?», and she even tried to push away the corn tortillas I had just ordered, as if they weren’t mine. She didn’t apologize for the delay and I felt sorry for the 15 people behind me who had to deal with more complicated orders. Needless to say, the customer service was atrocious and I will never go back to that restaurant.

Best managed in the area. You have long lines but everyone knows there job, sticks to it and gets customers through relatively quickly. It is way by far the best of the three in the area. Chipotle food is chipotle food so there is no need to comment on anything related to that. They could put more into the meals because you do have to prod them somewhat here to put enough in or you walk out with 2⁄3 of what you should have gotten. They do tend to skimp — my only complaint.

I love this Chipotle! Everyone is always friendly and the food always tastes fresh and delicious as usual! The line moves pretty fast too and there’s lots of parking — great location!

Slow, slow, slow! This place normally is good but over the past few months there service has slowed down tremendously. With 9 people working you would think they could move a little faster. However this is not the case.

I am a Chipotle junkie. Down in Atlanta, there are at least a couple other burrito chains that try to beat Chipotle, but I really think that they are the best chain. This one falls pretty much in line with other Chipotles I’ve been to, and god was I happy when one opened into Canton, as it’s not exactly an area known for it’s vegan friendliness. I’ve been here multiple occasions whenever I come home, and overall I think they deserve 4 stars. However, there is something that happened this afternoon that I’m still a little skeeved by. Whenever I got to the end of the line, the woman did such a poor job of wrapping my burrito that part of it was completely uncovered, and on this uncovered part they kept sliding it down to the cashier. It really really grossed me out that my little flour tortilla was touching the counter like that. I thought about complaining but I hate making a fuss. I still am grossed out by it though. The woman doing the rolling seemed to be more intent on discussing my earrings than paying attention to her job. Icky. Despite that though, I have to admit I’ll probably be back because honestly, where else am I going to get tasty vegan food without being gawked at like I have 3 heads.

Ah, Chipotle. That filler of my belly, and emptier of my pockets. If I could review Chipotle in one word it would be «consistent». Then I would add a few more words like«delicious, fast, fresh, & filling». Ask Joe College what his favorite Sport and Burrito are, and his answer will probably Football, Chipotle. It’s really hard to review a single store without talking about the entire brand because they’re really that consistent. I’ve eaten at Chipotle’s in a few states and they are always fast, fresh and tasty, and Dressler Rd in Canton is no exception. There is a reason they can charge $ 8 for a burrito when you could feed a small family at Taco Bell for the same price. Don’t believe the hype? Try it!
