I have her gluten free breads at the village café and bistro in canton when I’m there and I really like it. It’s thick cut like bread should be in my opinion. Not like udi’s bread that’s like a cracker when toasted or grilled. I hear she’s on a holiday, thru February?

I just have to say that I am not gluten free and would never have known that these desserts were made with out gluten. They are so moist, flavorful and do NOT have that gluten free flavor(anyone who has had other gluten free baked goods, you know what I mean). The whole family enjoyed all of what we sampled. We had the choc. chip cookie, brownie(OMG), choc. cupcake, banana muffin and the vanilla cupcake. I am so impressed with the flavor. I will definitely tell people about your bakery:)
