My favorite Subway in the area. It’s always clean and seems well stocked. Typically, the sandwich maker Salma is there when I go and she is always nice and expedient!

This subway is one of my favorites in the area, the customer service is great just to say the staff remembers my sandwich every time I come in. There prices can throw you off a bit, but the staffs amicable service makes you forget about it. I don’t live near this subway, it is on my way back home from work which is nice considering the subway near my house sucks.

Better to be ignored than yelled at I guess. I go farther to this Subway because the downtown Campbell Subway staff literally yells at customers(see my other review). But this is the total opposite. I went there yesterday, for example, and the employee just stood there looking down at the ground while I stood at the counter ready to order. No greeting, no «how can I help you», nothing. This went on for a socially uncomfortable amount of time while I tried to figure out what was going on. Eventually, I spoke up and said, «Can I order?» and she nodded. Weird. Good food, better prices than downtown, no yelling at the customers, but I really just wish businesses would train employees on communication and customer service more. I truly don’t understand what is so hard about being courteous and attentive to customers.

***This is based on customer service only*** I’ve gone to this location on several occasions and I have no idea why I kept going back. I have been working in the LG area for about 5 years now and on a few occasions we have used them for meeting food at work and I have made and picked up the order. I have also gone there for my personal lunch and it always seems SO challenging to make an order there. EVERY time I have ordered by phone or internet they have either LOST my order or gotten it WRONG. For example. I ordered a BLT(which is a BACONLETTUCE and TOMATO sandwich) and because I didnt check off lettuce and tomato on the order form… they gave me bread mayo and just bacon. There is no common sense at this location and I will NEVER return.

The staff at this Subway are a bit rude. They also outright cheat you on the amount of items they put on your subway if you let them. They don’t put on enough olives, pickles, and onions. They also put a very small scoop of tuna, not even halfway full. When I complained to the manager he said they are supposed to put 8 olives on every time, and he swore his staff does that all the time. Well, I have had many occasions where the staff just puts 2 olives and 2 pickles. The whole place is ran by Indian people, perhaps a family. They are all pretty unfriendly. I only went there because it was so conveniently located, but now I refuse to go there. We were the store’s regulars until we finally got sick of the poor service and rude attitude from the workers. The manager can’t even take criticism or admit that his staff might be not making their subways up to par.

Very friendly staff! Good selection of ingredients and bread! Everything looks and tastes fresh! Prices are as advertised. I have been going to this location for 2 years now and overall, my experience has been consistent. Their soup selection could be better.

I love this Subway! The staff is very friendly compared to other Subways in the area and I always get my food in a timely fashion from friendly staff. They also keep the place nice and clean. 5 stars!

These are my folks. On January 1, 2008, I made a new year’s resolution of epic proportion by choosing to live a healthier lifestyle. During this time, I had just gotten out of a long drawn out relationship and picked up some pretty nasty habits; binge drinking, enjoying the Devil’s lettuce, eating fatty foods from fast food resteraunts, and living a sedentary lifestyle. Things had to change and that meant drinking less booze, no more performance rendering drugs, no more cigarettes, cutting out junk food, and eating healthier. Subway was my first step to rehabilitation. Since I spent so much time at work, unfortunately, my healthy lunch break options were limited. Thankfully, a new Subway was erected down the street from my job and now I eat there everyday. Usually, I cycle through the $ 5 footlong menu. Every sandwich is delicious and fills me up just right. The employees are so money, as they always remember exactly what to put on my sub. They know that the jalepenos do not belong in a sandwich and that olives hurt my tummy. Love you guys! You are my personal sandwich-maker team. Since January 1st, I have lost over 30LBS. I attribute that to eating at Subway, cutting out soda pop, keeping a consistent work out regimen, and finding my love, mountain biking. Once you start eating healthier and working out, it seems like all the other habits fall right in line. Don’t get me wrong, I still like a cold one and a stogey every now and then. But now I’m more conscientious of what I put into my body. Treat your body like a Temple, ya’ll. Thank you Subway, for providing my Temple with a solid foundation.
