Joan McCreary – Professional Organizer

I found myself in the midst of a very bad set of personal circumstances which required me to move my life’s possessions from California back to Georgia. I was not in California for the move. I needed someone to coordinate and supervise movers, get my belongings onto a pod, turn in apartment keys, take certain items to Goodwill and mail certain items back to me.
Joan did all of the above (and then some) with a level and professionalism and grace that far exceeded my expectations. She was truly a God send!

I was feeling pretty overwhelmed when our 8 year old granddaughter came to live with us last year. After the dust of legal and emotional drama settled, and my husband and myself were awarded permanent guardianship, I needed to reorganize our lives. I had a full house already but an 8 year old can take up a lot of space (and energy). By the time I called Joan, I was completely overwhelmed. I need guidance, advice and physical help sorting out how to organize everything into my house to meet our granddaughter’s needs into our life and home. Joan came in and gave me recommendations that were easy to implement yet had a huge impact. Her ideas made our lives more livable and comfortable. She physically helped me do some of the bigger projects. In only 6 hours of her time — with more of my time implementing her recommendations, our lives are so much better. For such a small investment, the return was astronomical. Although I am continuing to implement all of her ideas on my own, I know that she will be there if something changes or I find myself overwhelmed again. I can’t give her enough praise and thanks for her help. She was a lifesaver for our family.

Joan has been helping me organize my garage. Finally, after 10 years, I can find my tools and there is plenty of room to open the car doors. I love working with her!
