Serenity Now Professional Organizers

Tara had a lot of good organizing advice while at our place. However she ended up sending us the report after about 3 weeks of waiting and the report was very general and not customized to what we discussed while at our place.

I found Serenity Now through a groupon deal for 2 hours of organization work. Tara was easy to work with and I found her very thoughtful as well as flexible when I came down with walking ammonia and had to cancel a few days before out first appointment. That says a lot about her.
I sent her photos of the room before our meeting so she could get the scope of the project .She was on time, very professional and had me in shape in less than the 2 hours I had booked. She even went out of her way to help me find non profits who could use the items I no longer needed.
She is way more than just an organizer — She’s a rare gem. I highly recommend Tara and Serenity Now and I’m sure you will love working with her too!

Tara was beyond awesome! My boyfriend and I found her on Groupon and thought we would give her service a try. Since we had been living together for less than a year and had combined our stuff, our house and garage were really disorganized. Tara was so professional and talented in helping us figure out the best way to organize our new home. You can definately read books on this stuff, but having Tara actually come to our house and tell us exactly what we needed to do was more helpful than any book I’ve read on the subject. I highly recommend Tara Hood and Serenity Now if you are serious about eliminating clutter and getting more organized. I had the good fortune of discovering Serenity Now through a Groupon promotion advertising 2 hours of professional organizational help for $ 60.
Tara, the CEO (or Chief Executive Organizer) started her consultation with me by phone, with a 30 minute call to evaluate my space and needs. Before the call, she asked me to email her pictures of the spaces I wanted help to organize. I did that, and she came to the call prepared with recommendations and solutions based on the photos. She followed up with an email summarizing our call, including links to organizational products she recommended and where to purchase them. I was very impressed: she’s proactive, organized (you expect that from someone who does this for a living, but her level of follow through went above and beyond my expectations) and highly service oriented.
The two hour organizing session followed and I elected to have her work on the pantry with me, which (at the time) was my biggest headache. She set up a system my family and I could live with for that space and had great tips on how to maintain it. We went over by a couple of hours but her rates were very reasonable for the extra time, and it was worth every penny. In addition, she made recommendations on other parts of our home as we walked through them. I appreciate that she didn’t attempt to mask certain aspects of our lives in the attempt to de-​clutter our home. For instance, she didn’t attempt to hide the presence of children as I’ve seen designers do. Instead, she found solutions that are attractive, practical and most importantly, easily maintained.

Tara has enhanced my career by giving me professional guidance on my approach to projects at work. She has provided step-​by-​step guidance on development of a project plan that allowed me to accomplish my professional goals.
Throughout the process Tara was available to offer support and the occasional debrief when barriers arose. What allowed me to be successful was Tara’s ability to address every possible issue and offer a clear concise solution that was easy to implement.
I am thankful for the experience and will certainly use her expertise for future projects.
