I have never been to this store or seen their work so I can’t give it 5 stars but just on service alone, I had to write a review. I was looking for a Warriors hoodie but they only do customized work. Whoever I talked to… was so helpful, recommended places near me and was just genuinely nice! That says a lot, service counts! If I end up needing customized work for one of my sports fan friends next time… this is the first place I am going to.

Track was a big part of my life growing up. It was more than just a sport. It was a place with role models, a place where I developed my identity, and a place where I learned to excel.
So, after a recent reunion, I decided to get the varsity jacket that my family could not afford to give me in high school, which was a couple of decades ago. Here’s the catch: my school closed down, and the style of jacket is basically no longer made. So, I looked for a firm that could custom make one: a finger-​tip length coat with hood and a zipper instead of snaps. Even the online shop that had the design a year ago no longer makes those. So, I found a couple of local shops. Ken said he not only could make the jacket, but also would attach felt letters like our school used.
I ordered the jacket, and came in for a fitting, to choose sizes, and so on.
Several weeks later, I brought in my letter so that it could be sewn on when the jacket arrived. However, the white felt border had yellowed over the years. Ken suggested that we trim the edges and attach a new felt border.
When the jacket came in, Ken sent me a photo to confirm the placement of the lettering and the block letter (our school put the letters on the back of the jacket instead of the traditional front location). The lettering, navy letters on white, used more white than ours did, so it didn’t look like our original jackets. I was willing to settle for the letters, but Ken could tell that I wouldn’t be completely satisfied. Even though the most time consuming part of customizing the jacket was cutting the two-​color felt lettering, he offered to recut them. I suggested that rather than going to the trouble to totally recutting the letters, we first try trimming the white area.
Now, I have a souvenir of all the hours I put in.

Finally have the time to put a review for this store. My friends and I wanted to make baseball jerseys for an event we were attending. When I walked into the store, Ken helped us out and I explained to him what we were looking for. We began emailing about sizing and jersey numbers and names. It was very easy to communicate what we wanted and the pricing was fairly cheap! Only $ 40 per jersey including the art on the back! Will definitely recommend this place to other people! I’m not sure if the store in Alum rock is still open, but if it is, you can go to that location too! =)

Ken is amazing, i was in a frantic looking for someone to fix some Football jerseys in a hurry. Went to 4 different places and they couldnt have them done for a few weeks. I contacted Ken and he had them done in a few days. Wow he saved me and my boys. Ken is awesome he gets things done. I called him looking for pink socks for breast cancer month for Mp Varsity team. He helped me get socks that were a special order and no other team had. I called him a few days later asking if he could get me pride stickers for helmets, he looked up some designs i might like sent me them, a few hours later, i was on the phone with him ordering. Ken is very helpful and has great customer service.

Great place to get your Sharks jersey stitched. I would pretty much say that this is the new up to date Duccomons. Ken is very passionate about sports gear industry. Ken is knowledgeable and straight forward with what he does. Great place.

Ken is awesome! I called in a couple days ago asking if he could press a jersey for me (I already had the name and numbers) and he said he could help me. The Campbell location is clean and very well organized! This place has the feel of a great family run and local business. Ken’s store mostly specialized in varsity jackets and team gear, but he was able to help me out! Thanks a lot Ken, you run a great outfit here! Keep up the good work for the area!
