Decent, but appears to be going downhill at this location. Salsa bar was a mess. I think they’re getting a lot of restaurant competition in this area, so they may be spiraling downward. Was there on Saturday afternoon and you can hear crickets.

My favorite in the neighborhood. Food is always fresh and hot. I usually always have the Wahoo Fish Taco combination so good! Staff is friendly you get a welcome when you come thru the door. My credit card has always been accepted. Much better than the taco joint next door. I have never had a bad meal. I was upset they closed their Cupertino store a while back. I used to run there for lunch from my Los Altos workplace. I recommend it highly this store.

Not even worthy of 1 star. I waited 5 minutes before I said«can someone help me?!» Then they didn’t give me my whole order but it was to go and I was already home. Then I figured out they didn’t even put cinnamon sugar on our churros! They were just fried dough! So disappointing!

They don’t accept credit cards. Not even their own gift card, which i bought in costco. Very bad…

Generally a fan of Baja Fresh but this location has gone from bad to dangerous. Second time I’ve found the iced tea to be rancid. I mean overpowering rancid smell. Notified the brain dead store manager, she concurred after a whiff of the stinky cup. 30 min later still nobody has remedied the health hazard lurking in the pot. The fish burrito tonight also tasted much more ‘fishy’ that I trust. Going back to the counter now to force them to fix. Not coming back. Someone should fire the owner and the manager of this location. Clearly nobody is trained or gives a damn.

Wasn’t as good as it used to be and the place was filthy. The salsa bar was gross. My husband’s grilled fish bowl was good but my burrito was ick. Served cold. The nachos I got for the kids were a bunch of broken chips with cold cheese but broiled on the top. The churros looked like the ones at Costco but not as good. I know this is a franchise but the owner of this one needs to check up on this place.

Ordered a chicken and steak taco Americano and a pronto nacho. The tacos were put on a plate together rather then wrapped individually. One taco was completely apart and made with cabbage instead of lettuce. So while I enjoy their food make sure that when you are placing your order that you are very specific on what you want.

I hate this location. I ordered a 10.00 salad. come back to work and no dressing. How hard is it to put the dressing in the bag. SALAD dressing is essential to eating a salad.

Fresh and easy. Ordered catering for lunch meeting. The staff here was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The tortilla chips are on point. Fresh, thin and crunchy. So addicting! I love the green salsa. Tangy with a little kick. Not spicy though. I recommended the lime grilled shrimp salad. I think it’s new. Generous pieces of shrimp as well as avocado. I was impressed with the flavors. Delicious!

Tough to give them even one star. I ate at Baja Fresh in Campbell, with my wife and young son. It cost us $ 30 and there was barely any food on the table, and it was mediocre at best. Tables were dirty. Basically its fast food at full serve restaurant prices. When I left I felt hungry and ripped off.

While I’m not a biggest fan of Baja Fresh(I’ll eat a Baja Ensalada sometimes) I am a fan of churros, and theirs ain’t too shabby. For less than a dollar they’re pretty awesome. Fried to order and tickled with cinnamon sugar, they’re quite delightful.

Ordered a party pack of taqueria(20), arrived a few minutes early to pick up but they got my order done early. Look at the cute recyclable bag I got and what else comes with the taqueria– rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, poco de gallo and chips! We are set!

We are a big Baja Fresh fan. Compared to Chipotle, their burritos(grilled veggie and grilled chicken) are just outstanding, so full of taste and perfectly cooked. Variety of Salsas serve to different tastes. I am very sad to see Baja fresh joints getting closed where we live and now we have to drive 30mins to eat at a Baja fresh. We went here with our friends too and it was an immediate hit.

I wouldn’t recommend this Baja Fresh location. I used to frequent another location off El Camino in PA, and believed that you can always count on Baja when hungry. Definitely not on Bascom Ave in Campbell. Ordered Steak Fajitas with flour tortillas ‘for here’ — after half an hour wait and everyone else who came in after me were served their food, considering the place was practically empty — I got my steak fajitas with corn tortillas(!) and ‘to go’. The price has gone up since my last visit to $ 10.59, too much for a chain joint if you ask me. The amount of food has gone down to small piece of beef that didn’t even get cut all the way through into stripes. The rice was cold and grilled veggies were barely there on the plate. The whole place felt freezing — no wonder it was empty. Sealing fans were working in full capacity creating a chilling breeze. Overall: too long of a wait, too high prices, too mediocre food, cold and uncaring place where employees just don’t care. Skip it.

Whoever manages this store should be replaced. We just stopped by for a quick meal at 8pm on a Friday and they were out of steak and chips… not sure how you run out if something that is supposed to come with every meal… also staff didn’t seem to care and actually found it entertaining. The ‘system’ was also down so it was cash only and transactions were not being recorded outside of a piece of paper and pile of cash. Not what I expect from a chain… we’d have been better off at taco bravo next door.

We received a coupon for Baja Fresh in our e-mail, and so we went in to take advantage of it. They WOULDNOT accept the coupon on my phone(right off their e-mail). It had to go back, drive all the way back home, print it out, and bring it back to them! It’s very interesting that how Baja Fresh will send you coupons, but they will not accept them! I tried to explain them that it is 2014, and we were in the heart of Silicon Valley, and this the new way to do business but Alberto the manager in in charge said that we don’t have this technology right now where we can scan the coupons and our manager doesn’t accept it, he said bring the coupon back to our manager and she will give you difference back. So i bought the food, I bought Baja Bowl, Cheese Quesadilla, Fajita Quesadilla and a soft taco. I called Ana(the manager) after three days and she said that she will not give me difference back, because you have to bring printed coupon right away, she was so rude and argumentative. Anyways to me it’s a matter of principle if Baja Fresh sends out coupons they should honor it, or please don’t send coupons out and give people impression that it can be accepted. I am really disappointed in the service, friendliness and courtesy of the Management but food was good. So just for food I will give them one Star.

Comfy and clean inside, they could have designed a place with more tables but then they took over a place set up already for food. The fish tacos and the tons of salsa fresca is the best part of this chain I think! Tell em to hold off on the rice if you want better substance and food value. The condiments are good and fresh and it is rival to Una Mas but I think I like U.M. better as well as the counter sitting arrangement!

We received a coupon for Baja Fresh in our e-mail, and so we went in to take advantage of it. They WOULDNOT accept the coupon on my phone(right off their e-mail). It had to be printed out. They can send me the coupon as electrons, but they won’t accept those electrons back as their own coupon. I told them that this was 2013, we were in the heart of Silicon Valley, and this was the«green» thing to do. But my logic was to no avail! I should have walked out, but didn’t. I got the grilled fish tacos, and the fish was only slightly warm and smelled old. So in spite of their«Fresh» name, it just didn’t measure up. I would highly recommend you PASSUPTHISPLACE and continue down Bascom Ave. to just after Stevens Creek Blvd. If you have not yet tried Dia de Pesca, they have some of the best Fish Tacos and many other Mexican dishes, all cooked to order. Skip Baja Fresh! I should have, but was suckered in by a useless coupon.
