Club Monaco

I like going to Club Monaco because I know I can use my student ID and receive a 20% discount so I headed into this store with an open mind and the intent to look for a good deal. I found a cute striped summer shirt on sale, and a sales associate offered to start a dressing room for me. I declined and held onto the shirt myself, unsure of whether I really needed another cute summer shirt. When I found a few other items to try on, she came back and asked if I was sure I didn’t want a dressing room. This time, I obliged and said, «Yes, thank you.»
After trying on the items, I decided to keep the shirt and found a scarf. This time, the sales associate offered to take my items and put them on hold at the register. She clearly was out for a commission, but at the same time, someone eager to help without being too overly annoying is fine by me.
In the end, she got the commission, and I got a shirt and a scarf, both on sale with an additional 20% discount with my student ID. Win — win.

I am obsessed with Club Monaco, but I only go to the one at the Cambridge Side Galleria. Why? They have the best sale stuff… it makes my Jewish heart jump for joy! Also, the staff there is fantastic, very helpful… not stuffy or stuck up.
I should also mention Lorenzo (he is the manager I think). Lorenzo is fantastic, he is patient, and if you tell him your style and what you are dressing for he will search to find you something… and you will leave looking amazing (not to mention your wallet won’t suffer).
I would give Club Monaco more than five stars of that were possible… it’s my go to place… for every occasion… cas or dressy.

Let me say. I need to attend a friend’s memorial service the other week in NYC. I was in a hurry to find some clothing. The gentlemen and ladies in the store really pulled together and found me a good looking and acceptable outfit. They were also very friendly and caring people. I enjoyed my time in the store. I am also very happy with clothing. I have received many compliments on the pants and shirt.

This store is absolutely pint-​sized. Think, one bedroom apartment size. But, they really pack in the clothes so the selection is still adequate. I adore Club Monaco clothes, even though they’re usually out of my price range and their sizes run a little small. Club Monaco’s clothing is definitely better made than the clothing at French Connection and Armani Exchange, not to mention Banana Republic, and their pieces are classic. I so wish I could afford to shop here more often.
