Another amazing experience at the Bagel Factory. Incredible customer service as usual. Please consider coming here for one of the dozens of flavors of fresh bagels at this family-owned business. AND also — try their mocha iced coffee even if you don’t like coffee! Delish!

This place unfortunately has the WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE. They greet you with an attitude and want to take your order and push you out of the way. When the phone rings they answer with an attitude and put people on hold without letting them answer. I had to place two separate orders because they were rushing me I couldn’t even think of what I wanted and ordered what i really wasn’t looking forward to eating. It’s unfortunate that it’s a place to walk in and have a pleasant meal but feels like a drive thru money maker. If I wanted fast service with rude employees I’d goto a fast food joint with a drive thru. Won’t come back. Definitely don’t bother it’s a new location in Cape Coral but the CUSTOMERSERVICESUCKS!!! Would rather drive extra miles for better service at the Fort Myers location. You walk in a happy customer and leave all pissed off I don’t need that negativity or frustration.

This place was fantastic. Great, fresh bagels and fast, friendly service. The coffee was hot and they had salt bagels which are sometimes hard to find. The nova lox bagel sandwich was a perfect blend with the capers and olive cream cheese spread. Definitely will come back here.

Love their bagels. Nice variety and excellent quality. If you can’t get there early in the morning, you can call and they will fill your order and hold it. We always get the baker’s dozen and use the punch card.

Great bagel selection. Fresh and tasty. Had a roast beef with provolone on a salt bagel. Very good! The side of potato salad was a pleasant surprise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife had chicken salad on an asiago bagel. She loved it. It is a good basic chicken salad that’s not littered with all types of ingredients. Fair prices. Took a variry of bagels home. 9 cream cheese flavors to choose from. Will be back.

Delicious fresh bagels & cream cheese options. I ordered an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese and an Iced Mocha drink. The cream cheese was fresh and had real strawberries in it. After returning to Cape Coral from a year in NYC, I was pleasee to find Bagel Factory!

DELICIOUS… BAKEDFRESH… FRIENDLY staff. Always have a great experience each time my son and I stop by. If you have a favorite flavor, call ahead because many times they are busy and your favorite flavor could be gone. Coffee and sandwiches are great also. Staff is always friendly and know my son and I by our first names. Also veteran and family owned!

Great bagels and coffee. They have many other sandwiches also but while we go several times a week we have only had the bagels and coffee. The bagels are always fresh having been made that morning. They have many flavors of cream cheese and they put plenty on which we love. You can ask for less. They are veteran owned and he is a very nice person. Enjoy!

Delicious bagels sold near my grandma’s house in North Fort Myers. The flavor selection was huge(Hawaiian bagel FTW) and price was excellent for a baker’s dozen.

Awesome service. Go early… It is busy all weekend. We picked up the baker’s dozen and cream cheese. The cinnamon sugar and Combo aka everything bagels were amazing! Crunchy outsides with soft insides. Wonderful!

I’m not sure what all of the fuss is about with this place. I’ve stopped here a few times since it’s opening because of convenience. Each time my experience has left me short of returning. My first time was a pleasant one because of being served by the owner. Since then the young folks that are behind the counter are less than adequate for their position. They go through the motions of preparing my order, but seem to have little knowledge on proportions. Another complaint is the bagel itself. It’s seems to be more bread like than a traditional bagel. I would suggest they sample their own spreads too. My last visit, the spread had begun to sour. Not rancid, but not fresh either. When I pass by again and am hungry for a bite, I may stop again… But only when the memory of my previous visit has faded away! If by chance this shop sees this review, I wish they take notice as my comments are meant as «constructive» only!

We stopped there for to go breakfast because all the great reviews on Unilocal, the place is clean so I ordered the nova on sesame bagel and sausage egg and cheese on sesame bagel as well, we waited for about 20 minutes for our food. Finally we got our order, to my surprise, my nova has no onion, caper and tomato, just smoke salmon and load of cream cheese. I made it very nice and clear when I placed the order light on cream cheese, she even wrote it down. On the sausage egg and CHEESE… There is no cheese… I spent 20 dollars on breakfast and ended up in the trash… never again.

Great bagel shop! Good selection, good choices of toppings, and the flavored coffees are always on point! I enjoy the family friends environment which is often lost nowadays

Today was my second day in a row coming here. The first day I ordered a Nova bagel sandwich and it was sooooooo good. I had to come back again today for another one. I took one star off because one of the girls working on the second day was impatient and seemed annoyed we were taking a while to order(there wasn’t anyone behind us).

Blown away with the level of customer service, quality of the bagels, and the amazing owner, David! This bagel place has got it going on! Be sure to stop in there if you are in the area! I had the Nova bagel(smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomato, onion, and capers) and must say it was worth every single penny!!!

When people say that the food tastes«just like New York» I usually run the other way. But the Bagel Factory delivers on the promise. It seems like this place is in the middle of nowhere. In fact, my father in law, who lives in the area, was sure there wasn’t anything in the direction in which we were headed. But then suddenly, there it was. Bagels, just like I pictured them! Crisp on the outside and not all doughy in the middle. Not oversized but sized just right to satisfy your bagel cravings. Tasting just like New York(even better in many cases) with a selection to die for. I had them add a shmear of lox spread and wow was that good! My lovely wife had whitefish salad on hers and that was great too. Look, I’m from Brooklyn, born and raised. I know a thing or two about good tasting bagels. The Bagel Factory is the real deal.

This place is like the Baskin Robbins of Bagels. 27 flavors of bagel deliciousness? Yes, please! The fam has been feeding me these yummy bagels all week, and it was finally time to stock up today, so off we went. I’d recommend that you grab a menu and settle in for a few minutes to make a decision — there’s a lot to choose from! Bagels, bagel sandos, spreads, meats/smoked fish and salads, too. My only beef would be price point, although it’s hard to complain because these things are so freaking tasty. My cream cheese lox bagel with capers was $ 9+, and if I wanted it open faced, it would have been an extra $ 2. Huh? The last time I paid that for a bagel, it was room service. That said, it *was* delish and served with a pickle spear. After checking their website, I found out they fly in their nova and whitefish fresh from Brooklyn, so that may have something to do with it. If I were to change anything, it would be a recommendation to ditch the styrofoam cups and plates. These days it’s pretty easy to stock up on compostable cups and plates, and try to save the environment a bit. Tip: Don’t feel like driving to the shop to stock up? Stop in at the flea market at The Shell Factory on Tuesday mornings — look for the blue tent in the veggie section.
